I've been very happy with this hoody. It is very comfortable and cute. In terms of fit, I vary between XS and S (5' tall, 110 lbs, 34 bust) and found the S to be a perfect fit for me - not baggy & not skin tight. I would recommend that if you tend to run in between 2 sizes, size up. I found the sleeves and torso to have extra length, a bonus for long/tall people (which I'm not, but I like it anyway!) I was a bit surprised by the color - on-line it looked to be closer to a raspberry color, but in reality it is pink with light purple polka-dots. All in all, a very cheery & comfortable layer!!Pros: Great design, Ease of use, comfort

Very warm!! I wore this on a 3 day camping trip in 15 degree weather and it served as an excellent baselayer. Really kept me warm, great fit and the thumb holes are great. Very competitive price too.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance

This is a great hoody and is perfect for layering. The pattern makes this hoody unique and adds to the overall design but the dots are more like diamonds. The background is an orange-red, the dots are cranberry and the stitching is pinkish. The other color is dark aqua with dark green dots and lighter aqua stitching. This hoody has several good features - a longer length body, close fit hood, thumb holes and mid-length zipper. The hood cuts the wind effectively and is comfortable with the zipper up. The mid-weight wool is soft and comfortable. I am 5'5" and 130 lb. I don't like my layering pieces to be too snug so I purchased the large and am very happy. It's a comfortable fit but definitely not as snug as pictured on the model.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance

I saw this item in the store and they didn't have my size. Altrec made it easy to obtain the item at a better price than the retail store. I have used smart wool products for a long time and have never been disappointed. They was well, look smart, and are comfortable next to sensitive skin.Pros: Great design, Build quality

The grey has a cute design (if you care about that in the wilderness). Tested on a recent snow camping trip in the Sierras. This is the heaviest weight Smartwool baselayer. I typically pair "heaviest weight" with a "lightest-weight" wool or synthetic short sleeve shirt underneath to allow layer adjustment during activities. While snowshoeing, layers need to come off so I don't overheat. For standing around camp in the snow or for sleeping I pile the layers on, including a down jacket. I bought this shirt specifically for the hood. The hood fits snugly and did a great job of keeping me warm while setting up camp in the snow and at night. I didn't have to bother with a scarf. Nice feature. The fabric feels nice too.
