love smartwool
I am a big fan of Smartwool socks and these don't disappoint. They have some cushioning on the bottom and are very comfortable. These socks are not itchy and breathe, so your feet don't get overheated.

All the females in my life love these!
I have bought several pairs of these socks for my wife, now my teenage daughter is learning the value of smartwool. The socks wick moisture away just like the hiking ones do, and they are great for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet. I'll be buying lots more.

Great socks!
They feel good and look good. Good cushion in the heel and ball of foot. Nice warm colors that look good with many outfits. Do not itch, and keep toes warm.

I received these socks as a Christmas present and love them. They are very true to size. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe and the large socks are perfect. They stay up on my calf and don't bunch up after walking in them all day. I have been wearing them inside as "slippers" and my feet are never cold anymore. Also, while spending a few days walking in snowy/slushy conditions, my feet also were never cold. I highly recommend these socks and will buy more for myself and my family. I like that they are warm and yet not bulky and look nice with casual shoes and pants. There are also so many choices of colors and patterns.

very nicely made, very warm but not bulky
I really like these socks. I had looked in many stores but couldn't find wool socks that were thin enough to wear with dress shoes. These are great. I will definitely purchase more.

Absolute must buy!!
These are the perfect socks!! They are extremely comfortable and keep your feet toasty warm but not to the point that it's uncomfortable. Definitely will be buying some more.

good warmth
This is a great sock. Slightly lighter than the "Best Friend" sock which I personally prefer for warmth. However the Ombre is beautiful and sometimes fashion wins out!

Not as good as the old Ombres
I love Smartwool socks but these are not my favorite- they don't stay up as well as some other styles, and unlike the old Ombres, it seems tight where the solid switches to the pattern.

Best sock ever
I've been wearing these socks for years. I had trouble finding them again but finally did at Altrec. They are the most comfy, warm socks I've even tried and worth every penny. I bought three pairs!

Perfect winter socks
Perfects socks from Smartwool, as always. My mother and I both have these and lvoe them. The new style is even better than before. The black looks slightly grayish and is great with black or gray pants for work.

Nice warmth, great feel.
Bought a pair of the SmartWool: Women's New Ombre Sock for my Mother-in-law. She said they are warm, look nice and feel great on her feet.
