I purchased this jacket specifically to wear for long international flights (10 plus hours) which I take 6-7 times a year for business and leisure. I have since worn it twice. It worked perfect since it is light weight yet provides just the right warmth. Workmanship is good and I expect it to last.

I've been looking for a full zip merino wool shirt to wear for running, cross country skiing and hiking. Perfect for me to replace my 7 year old full zip.

I'm really impressed with the Smartwool Women's TML Light Full-Zip. I wanted another layer with a full zip for hiking and this looked just right. It is. I really like the thumb holes which have a great enhancement--they have nifty flip mitts which can be used as, well--mittens. You could easily skip the gloves or mittens when you're wearing this. I wear it a lot just around the house as a top layer and love the fact that I can just zip down a little or a lot to maintain a comfortable temp (which is its major plus on the trail), and I use the thumb and flip mitts inside too. I got this in black in Medium, I'm 5'3, 135, bust 36 and it fits perfectly over another layer. It looks good on too. I'm tempted to order another in white because it is so attractive and versatile. As for pros, as with all my Smartwool items, it seems incredibly well made, has great design and gives the impression it will last forever, but only time will tell.
