Redesigned with a new "Lock-Down" liner lacing system, the Ride FUL retains its title as one of the all-time lightest freestyle performance boots you can take down the pipe. Some advanced and expert riders blow most of their recreational savings on ultra-lightweight bindings and a lively precision board, but they pummel the potential pop by pairing everything with clunky snowboard boots. That's not the case with the Ride FUL, and more than a few ounce-cutting perfectionists never realize that this is a great-fitting boot design that won't cut into your feet like some performance freestyle boots, even after a full day on the mountain. The FUL has Ride's Body Active Mobile Foam, a thermo-moldable material that's specifically oriented to provide the best range of motion, making it great for freestyle applications. The foam can be molded by your own body heat through repeated wear or customized with in-store heaters. This liner is coupled with a new "Lock Down" secure fit harness and speed lace system. Because the instep and heel can be better secured, you enjoy a new level of control that's essential for doing tricks. To save weight, Ride created a low-profile blown rubber Light Sole with internal phylon landing pads. After all, no matter what you do to create a lightweight boot, it won't matter unless the boot fits and feels great on every run down the mountain.
