I needed a pair of boots that I could wear in the rain, that would keep my feet warm and that I could wear on a variety of occasions because they were stylish. These Sorel boots fit the bill! The boots feature a roomy toe box, which I appreciate, because my feet are wide. I can adjust the laces for a very tight or loose fit, depending on what type of pants or socks I am wearing. There was enough room for me to insert an UGG insole to add extra warmth when the snow falls or the temperatures dip into the 20's and 30's. If you are looking for a boot to keep your feet dry, yet stylish, you will be very pleased with this purchase.

A great stylish yet functional boot

I adore these boots! I have only had them for about 3 weeks, but I just love them and wear them all the time. They are very comfortable, and while a little bit heavy for the size, it does add to the feeling of sturdiness. The rubber part is totally waterproof, and the upper leather part hasn't let any water in, though I believe that part is only water resistant. The sole has great grip. I haven't had any issues on the snow/ice or wet surfaces, which is great. I have noticed that they aren't warm enough for when it is very cold, but they aren't made or marketed for very cold weather so it's not like I expected them to be, so I will leave my rating as 5 stars. Just be aware that you might want either extra socks or to save these for days that aren't -25C. Overall, I LOVE these boots. They are very cute, yet very functional and comfortable, which is great!
