Great shell, great style
April 06, 2010
Bought this jacket at the end of the season. It is a great shell type jacket, and it will keep you dry. The powder skirt fits snug, there are more pockets than I have things to put in them. The British blue color pops right off the jacket. The fit is larger than you would think, but not overly baggy. Standing straight, the sleeves come down within an inch of my fingertips. Untrue to what the website says, this jacket has a removable hood. Some things I don't like about it: The length of the sleeves. An inch or so shorter would be perfect. I would love if this jacket had sleeve gaiters. The chest pockets seem to be in a strange place, too close to your armpit. All in all, fantastic jacket for warm weather or for an outer layer over warm clothes.
