A complete kayak rack system that includes 4 kayak saddles and all mounting, safety & stability hardware including universal car rack crossbar mounting clamps, 2 heavy-duty straps with cam-buckles and a pair of bow & stern tie downs with galvanized steel bumper hooks to secure kayak to the front and rear of the vehicle.
