fun and sporty
I've been wearing a Timex expedition for forever and I wanted to update to something a little nicer, yet still sporty. And, I need to be able to read it at night as my eye sight is so poor I can't read the alarm clock without my glasses. This watch is great. The face glows all night but is not so bright as to bother me. It has a nice small face which is perfect because I have a small wrist. Like other reviewers, I did have to cut the band a little, but that's no big deal. I get a lot of compliments. Would definitely recommend.

Solid purchase
I've worn this watch now everyday for a solid year! It is functional,durable and stylish. It has been through many workouts in all kinds of temperatures. It has endured rain, snow, and sun. Still works perfectly and looks great!

Cute Watch
I loved this watch, great colors and good fit. However, I ended up returning the watch as the numbers and date were so small that I could not read them, might have something to have with age...... If you are young or have good eyesight I recommend this watch!!

Watch Band
Just a quick note to those that are thinking of purchasing this watch. Great and cute watch. Have not had it long enough to give info on durability but appears pretty strong. I must say that the band IS too long as others have written about it. I chose to take the chance and purchase it and the band is made a bit too long. If anyone has a big enough wrist to be able to wear this watch comfortably, then the face is too small. Knowing this, I plan on either having it cut or getting another band. Too cute to return it!!

Love this watch!
I just got this watch in the mail and LOVE it. Great quality, durable and looks cool, whether one is diving or not. Love the color selection, too. I may have to have more than one!

Really pretty watch!
I purchased this watch for an upcoming sailing/snorkeling trip to Belize. I was torn between the orange or aqua blue faces, and I'm happy I went with the aqua. It's a versatile yet pretty watch -- love the bright blue of the face. Easy to set and holding up well so far. Time will tell -- no pun intended.

Love this watch. Had to trim the band to fit my skinny wrist, but it looks fine that way. Easy to read (including the date) and looks as cool as it is functional. Haven't had it long enough to attest to the durability, but very happy with the quality so far.

Excellent Choice
As a sailor I needed a watch that was waterproof as well as feminine, stylish, affordable and that glowed in the dark. This watch matched all my criteria. The size of the watch face is large enough to be read easily but not "masculine looking". The rubber watch band allows infinite adjustments. The color choices are excellent. The one feature that I would change would be the size of the date window. Although it wasn't part of my original criteria, since it's there I wish that it was a bit larger so you could see the date easily. Overall, it was an excellent watch choice. You won't be disappointed.

Durable and Fashionable
I love this watch. It serves its purpose well as a deep water time instrument; yet it allows me to still look very feminine!
The various color combos are very inticing too! I highly recommend this watch.

I love this watch! It is cute, sporty and comfortable.
This watch is also great for playing in the water and the glow in the dark feature is a bonus. All of the colors that the watches come in are fabulous too. I highly recommend this watch.

Stylish, Casual Watch
Love this watch-I previously purchased one w/ a black band now purchased one that is more colorful. The watch is good for outdoor activities, is easy to read and comfortable to wear. If you have a tiny wrist the strap may be somewhat long, but there are two loops for securing the strap.

Great watch - long band
I bought the lime green watch with black rubber band -- love all the colors that the watch comes in. The face is a nice size for a petite wrist, but the rubber band is very long. Had to trim it down which is not ideal.

Fun watch, nice looking seems durable.
I love the watch and it is just the right look for a smaller woman's wrist. It does however have a long band that almost loops all the way to the front on me. There is no way to adjust the strap retainers to make it sit flat. I haven't tested the water resistance yet, so I cannot comment on that.

Great watch that looks good too!
I bought this watch as a gift, and am so impressed, I may order one for myself too. It looks great, works great, and is a good size for a small wrist. I only wish they made the men's version with the aquamarine face - I prefer the larger size of men's watches but love the aquamarine color.

Fun watch that's highly functional, too
I love this watch. The size of the face is perfect and mine has held up well. I've worn it in the pool many times and never had a problem. My one minor complaint -- I have a small wrist and wish the strap were slightly shorter. That said, I'm thinking of getting a second watch just because the colors are so fun!

Great Looking Watch for the Ladies!
This watch is a really nicely-proportioned size for the ladies. Much nicer than those large clunky dive watches. Love the colors. I purchased the black band with pink dial. Will be also purchasing a clear-band color as well.

Works great!
I've been using this watch for lap swimming for a while - it works great, and fits my small wrist. It's also attractive in a sporty way.

Great Watch
Except for the band being a tad long for a women's watch for someone with a thin wrist, I love it and plan on ordering a couple more in different colors. I bought the yellow watch with the yellow band.

Better than expected
I wasn't sure if this watch was going to be very good quality considering the price but it is even better than I could have hoped. The band is extremely comfortable and the watch face is the perfect size - not too small and dainty like most women's watches. I might need to have more than one of these watches and maybe next time I'll be daring enough to buy one of the brighter colors(I bought the blue face w/black band)

This is a good product!
I love the watch, the band not so much. It irritates my arm a bit and the hole spacing is either too tight or too loose and you can't correct it. The crown screw down is great once you figure out the directions about setting the watch...some of us are more technically challenged than others and need directions that are more specific. I love it because I am in water aerobics three days a week and I don't have to worry about losing my watch...I am always good to go with this watch.

Great diving watch
I love the watch so much I'm ready to buy another color. The time is so easy to read on the white face, I've even bought 3 other color straps for it. I'm ready to buy an orange dial. I feel like a kid again. If Emeril can wear an orange watch, so can I. Altrec is a great company to deal with. So many friendly, helpful people.

Great Watch, Shoddy Luminosity
I've had this watch for just over a year, and wear it everyday for hiking, surfing, and snorkeling. No complaints about the quality or performance. My main problem is that the luminous markers suck. If I shine a high-intensity tactical light over the dial, the markers will shine very brightly, and then fade to invisible within about one minute. This sucks. What good are luminous markers, if they don't stay lit? My only other issue is cosmetic. On the models without 1-12 on the hour markers, 13-24 is marked on the edges of the dial. That is tacky. The watch would look much better without any numbers on the face. I gave it 3 stars due to those two issues. If it wasn't for those annoyances, the watch would be perfect.

Very pleased.
Great watch... but strap way too big for any female. Had to "customize" it with scissors. Very durable. Will use for cycling. May purchase another in a different color.

Great Watch - Best Value
This watch offers the best value in its class. I bought my first at a dive shop in the Florida Keys last summer. Since then, I have purchased two more, one for my sister and one for my best friend. It a great watch to wear during all outdoor activities, and we just love the colors. We three girls have one in blue, pink and black.

A rugged classic that stands the test of time!
I've purchased a number St Moritz products and have never been disappointed by their quality, value and design. It is no surprise that the Momemtum M1 is so popular - if you need a sporty watch - this is the one (or two if youd like a few cool colors to coordinate!)
