Hybrid shoe designs are not a new idea (remember cross-training shoes?) but Keen is one of the first companies dedicated to specializing in hybrid shoe designs. The Men's and Women's Bronx Shoe
The Bronx shoe is one of the first Keen designs we carried and it remains one of our most popular shoes. The waterproof leather upper blends well with the burly toe guard so you have a shoe that you can wear from work to park trails. Suit-and-tie urban commuters find that the Bronx's metatomical shape and cushioning EVA footbeds grip and last on patent-leather-shredding sidewalks and oily asphalt surfaces. Keen also makes a Bronx Mesh shoe with a lighter look and ballistic nylon styling.
The Men's, Women's and Kid's Newport Shoe
A true hybrid design that's excellent for camping and traveling, the water-ready Keen Newport features a fast-drying upper design that doesn't look overly teched-out in casual venues. Unlike all those cheap unsold sandals you'll find in discount bargain bins, the Keen Newport features a soft, hydrophobic SBR lining that won't immediately saw into your skin the first time you walk a mile or two in the surf. The contoured 3-mm. lug rubber outsole wraps around uneven surfaces like damp, barnacled boulders without the slips and skids associated with flat rubber compound water shoes. If you require a dressier sandal design for navigating cobblestone streets on dry land, Keen's Monterey gives you the same comfort features without all the water-ready sport refinements.
The Men's, Women's and Kid's Providence Shoe
Keen's Providence shoe offers the same metatomical shape and cushioning EVA footbeds found in their successful Bronx shoe without the lace-up closure. While intended for home and the casual spaces, the slip-on Providence and Providence Clogs can also be found at work in medical facilities and restaurant kitchens. The waterproof upper resists stains and liquids without destroying the shoe's supple properties, so you can work on your feet for years without spending your OT pay on new workplace footwear.

One thing to keep in mind when choosing your shoe is that Keen tends to run a little small compared to some shoe manufacturers.
