Add contoured insole comfort to your tightest shoes with the highly versatile Synergizer Blue Insole from Superfeet. Thinner than the green insole series, the Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole works well with most low-volume running, biking and tennis shoes. The low contours also feel better on flat feet. Superfeet recently redesigned the top cover of most of their inserts to improve circulation and better muscle recovery. A special Holofiber® top cover absorbs your IR light waves and reflects the energy back in a longer wavelength that can potentially relax body tissues. It might sound a little unusual, but research indicates that Holofiber® will increase tissue oxygen levels when placed next to skin. Clearly these are worth every penny, and I wished I had not been so weary of trying something like this before. If only I had tried these insoles several years ago because they really do make a huge difference!! I own both the blue and black insoles: I use the black ones for my dress shoes and the blue insoles for my running, hiking, tennis, and golf shoes.
The blue insoles provide the best support for us flat feet folks, but it's taken about three days to fully get use to them. And to be honest, I think I prefer the blue ones for my flat feet!! I also own the black insoles and they have felt great on the first day I put them in my dress shoes, but I really feel like the blue provide the best support overall for flat feet!
So all in all, don't wait any longer, buy them and feel the difference. Heck, Altrec has a great return policy and so does Superfeet...so really you can't lose trying them!!

These insoles are the greatest thing ever. I was running in Nike Air Equalons last year & they were perfect for me, except for the insole (which had a very high arch). I needed new insoles and did some research and found out about SuperFeet. I've been using the Blues for almost 2 years and wouldn't think of running without them.

Superfeet work very well. I was ready to throw away my old cycling shoes because they hurt my feet. I got some Superfeet and they have been going strong for 3 years! Great comfort and support. I have them in all my shoes now.

Get rid of those wimpy stock shoe insoles. Superfeet insoles offer better support and cushion. They're not cheap but last forever.

I love the blue and green inserts made by SUPERFEET. The blue I use in work clogs and the green I use for sneaker and trail running shoes. Well worth the money.
