Superfeet
I have to say I bought these on my doctors recommendation. I have some arthritis (hurts to get old) in the joint of my big toe. My doctor suggested these particular insoles for the great arch support. They do give great support and last long. I don't move them shoe to shoe as much but when I first tried them I would move them every day. They really hold up well. I do wear size G and have a size 14 foot. I haven't had to trim any of the Superfeet I have purchased.

Very good, very comfortable, ive been missing out on this product, i would recommend it to anyone, fixes alot of things, makes walking and running easier

I've tried them all and superfeet are the best by far!
These Superfeet Insoles have great support, and are long lasting. I've tried almost every orthodic insole on the market. Superfeet are the best. They cost more, but they last longer and they're worth it!

Super Fantastic insoles
I've been having a huge problem with pain in the inside part of my shinbones (TIbia) for almost 3 years. I bought the black insoles and the blue ones. BLack for everyday shoes and the blue for running. After running in these I, for the first time, didn't feel any pain!

I have extremely flat feet and these inserts have been extremely helpful. They are the best inserts I have found on-line.

shin splints
Months with pain at both shinbones...gone! After fuguring out, that it only could be overpronating, we tried the blue insoles in my daughters running shoes (and the black ones for other shoes). Happy with the result, I really recommend the insoles for everyone who is overpronating while running or hiking. They will give relief to your overworking muscles.

Perfect...
I needed lower profile insoles for my ski boots (which fit with no room to spare!). These fit the bill and give me the support I need! Great product, will buy again.

Plantar fasciitis
I had severe Plantar fasciitis and my foot Dr. gave me these insoles for my shoes. They cost me $50 from him (insurance doesn't pay for them????) My feet have improved almost 100% since I starting using them. Best investment I have ever made for myself.

Worth the money
Clearly these are worth every penny, and I wished I had not been so weary of trying something like this for so many years. If only I had tried these insoles several years ago!! They really do make a huge difference!! I own both the black and blue insoles: I use the black ones for my dress shoes and the blue insoles for my running, hiking, and golf shoes. I have really flat feet so the black insoles have felt good since the day I put them in my shoes. The blue insoles provide the best support for us flat feet folks, but it's taken about three days to fully get use to them. And to be honest, I think I prefer the blue ones for my flat feet!! So all in all, don't wait any longer, buy them and feel the difference. Heck Altrec has a great return policy and so does Superfeet...so really you can't lose trying them!!

a great fit
In reaching 55 years of life, I have started to experience the problems one can have with foot and knee problems. These insoles have saved my walking love. Nothing like a walk about to clrear the mind and soul. These are the best I have found.....db

Great fit and support in dress shoes
Fits nicely into dress tie shoes. Heel bottom doesn't rock. Gives me good arch support without taking up too much room like my orthotics. I wear them in wingtips for 12 hours some days!
