This is a quality lightweight pack with enough technical features to differentiate it from a tourist fanny pack. I wanted something that wasn't too big or too small and this fits the bill. The zippered side pockets offer easy access to smaller items on the go - wallet, Mp3 player, snacks etc. The compression cords are great because you can adjust the pack size quickly. Inside the pack is a mesh pocket with an opening for a bladder. Not a lot of other organization other than the side pockets and mesh pocket inside. Great featherweight pack for running, hiking, sightseeing. I would have liked a few more color choices but really a great buy and Altrec's price and service was spot on as usual.

Like the rest of Terra novas gear this waist pack is great. It is light, carries well, and has allot of useable space. The stretch cords on the outside are great for securing a light weight down jacket or light clothing items. It has enough room for a liter water bladder and a few essentials for a day hike.

Light and Compact

This product is amazingly light and compact, so it is easy to carry for jogging and short hiking etc. I usually use this product for jogging and have no problem with it unless I put heavy stuffs such as water bottles in this backpack. When I jog, water bottles annoy me since they shake as I jog. However, compression cords and gear loops help carry easily and comfortably. Overall, I would recommend this product for short trip that require minimum stuffs to carry.
