Great jacket, great fit thru-out torso but the arm length ran a bit short. Kept the jacket regardless. Will send to a family member because it was such a great buy.

Excellent value

I purchased this jacket for my 12 year old grandson. He has hardly taken it off since I gave it to him 8 weeks ago. It is perfect for our Central Virginia climate and with another layer great for skiing and sledding in the WV mountains. It is a great value for a growing, active boy.

very nice and fashionable, however it runs small so my son did not feel comfortable, have to order a size up to ensure the proper fit

Nice Fit, wish it had a hood

This jacket fits true to size - my son is 6 yrs old, weighs 45 lbs and measures 46". Often sleeves or overall length of a jacket are too long, but North Face jackets fit him properly. Pleased with the warmth of the jacket, only wish it was available with a removable hood since he tends to dislike hats (and therefore loses them).

For kids with longer torsos, you may want to go up a size or pick a different jacket. It is a nice warm jacket and very soft and comfortable. My son really liked it. It is also stylish. I returned the size I ordered and ordered a larger size, so hopefully this one will fit him better.

Very comfort this jacket. My son very likes this jacket and so happy. It can also be used as a shell for snow. Overall, I would highly recommend this jacket.

Got this jacket for my child as a Christmas gift. Great purchase! He absolutely loves it. I originally bought a large but the jacket seemed to run small so I returned it & got an extra large. No problems with the return process whatsoever. I sent the original one back & got the new size within a week.

We purcased this coat to replace his previous The Noth Face jacket that he has had for over 2 years. We loved the style of this coat, but it runs about 1 size small.

My little guy (8 1/2) loves this jacket. He says that it's easy to zip (A huge plus for a mom of four ) and it's warm and comfortable. We had originally purchased a Patagonia and the zipper broke within a few times of wearing it. This zipper is strong and easy to use. The jacket is very lightweight but toasty warm and my boy doesn't look like a puffy marshmallow. He actually told me he was "proud" to wear the jacket because it was "cool"...I was glad to hear that he'll take good care of it! We are at 20 degrees here today and he has not once complained that he is cold!

I received this Aconcagua Jacket for my son and he was so excited about it. It is a very light jacket but it is very warm. The material is thin but not cheap. With the price that altec offered, you can beat it nowhere. Good buy, good deal. I am very happy about it!

Great, warm jacket for everyday use, but versatile enough for some serious winter outings. On a recent backpacking trip (lots of snow on the ground). Stayed warm, dry and comfortable.

Great jacket ,I bought it for my 9 year old son . He absolutely loves it, it’s very worm ,but lightweight. I will definitely recommend it ,I am looking to buy one for my younger son as well.

I bought this for my 8 year old who is big for his age and usually wears a size 10-12 but this coat was a little too snug for him. The coat seemed to be very good quality though and we've bought lots of North Face and have always been happy.

I bought this jacket for my 8 year old after not being able to get through a full season with his other winter coat without it ripping. Beyond it being a very "in" brand right now, the jacket is very comfortable and warm. The fit is definitely small so I'd recommend going a size up. He's average size, wearing a 10-12 and it will definitely not fit him next year.
