Taslan® nylon overlays at critical wear points greatly reduce piling, just one of the construction techniques employed to keep The North Face Denali Jacket for Boy's looking good even after summer backpacking trips and winter ski outings. The Recycled Polartec® 300 series polyester fleece is soft, light, and warm. It dries quickly too, or zips into The North Face's waterproof shells as an insulating layer.

Have bought the light hooded jacket, for rain days and a heavier one for much colder
days, plus it has a hood for when out in the woods.
I even bought myself a light fleece jacket
and loved it so much, being a softie I gave it to an eldery lady at the ballfield.

the Denali jacket is great! My 11 yr old wears nothing else. He plays basketball for the school team and is usually to hot to put on a jacket but doesn't hesitate to put on this comfortable jacket. He's 70 lbs soaking wet,and 4'8 and the large 14/16 fits great.

I bought the jacket as we are going to Africa during their winter and needed something warm for the cold mornings and evenings. Ever since the jacket arrived, my son hasn't stopped wearing it to school almost every day. Great for those cold, foggy San Francisco days. Can never get him to put a jacket on usually but he loves it because it's so soft.
