It is very nice looking jacket. Very warm and my boy loves it. Fits little big on my boy but he is not a big kid. I recommend it to any parents for their kids.

Size Up and You'll Be Happy
October 29, 2011
I've purchased several TNF toddler jackets and I believe they all run small/short (except for the sleeve length as others have mentioned). Maybe I'm used to the generously sized toddler outerwear by other apparel companies - when I put them on top of each other, this Toddler Nuptse in 4T is only a tad bigger than my son's current down jacket (2T) by another major US company! He is 37 months old, 36" tall and weighs 32 lbs. He's fitting in 2T clothes (tops and bottoms) very well right now (except for TNF stuff - he is wearing 3T TNF Denali right now). I got him this jacket in the new red/grey in 4T and he is NOT swimming in it. I'm sure he'll be able to wear it in a few months and I'm NOT sure if he'll be able to wear it two seasons. So, would I recommend this jacket? YES! The red/grey jacket is very stylish (love the orangish red for boys!). The jacket is very compress-able - super light weight (and quite thin when you get it in the mail, not like the picture here) to the point you wonder if it's really warm but it really is! Although I wish it had a regular rib-knit cuffs (so no cold air creeps in) but other than that I'm very happy with the construction of the jacket. And after all, I trust the name TNF - once you own a TNF jacket you know why it's popular.
Pros: Great design, PerformanceGood jacket for those bone-chillingly cold days

I love how light the jacket is and the color (green); however, the reason why it did not get 5 stars is that the sleeves are very long, while the length of the jacket is a bit on the shorter side. Thus, a 2T lengthwise will be too short for my 2-yr old by next winter, however, the sleeves of a 3T would probably be double his current arm length. That said, the jacket does its job: keeping my son warm without all the bulkiness.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueGreat Purchase!

It was thinner then what I expected but it keeps my little guy warm and he looks great in it. We get tons of compliments when he is wearing it. I am really happy with my purchase.
