Too small & not attractive

I have purchased other items by North Face and LOVED them but not this jacket. I am petite (5'3" and 110 lbs) and ordered the XL for myself. The fluffy part combined with the grey material just looks odd. It was also made very small. It is not the usual great fit and quality I have found for NorthFace. Returned it for a different jacket.

This was for our grandaughter and she absolutly loved the jacket, so much so I don't think she hardly ever takes it off. Fit was great, fabric was nice and soft.
