Savings Tip
I'm only 5' tall and weigh 125 lbs so I ordered the girls XL. It's a perfect fit compared to the same jacket in the woman's small and I saved some $$. My only complaint is the girls version does NOT have a two way zipper!! I was disappointed because I really like to be able to unzip a long jacket like this from the bottom when sitting. It's much more comfortable. Despite the zipper I am keeping the jacket. It's warm, water repellent and a staple for living in New England :)

Too long for me
I really wanted a coat that would just cover my butt so I purchased this coat and I am 5'0 and about 105 pounds, the size I ordered was a Youth Girls XL, maybe it's the style but I just felt the coat was too long for me. It hit me right at the knee, which is great for women a bit taller, I just felt it was too long for my body type. As far as the coat goes was cute, comfortable and seemed warm, I did't wear it outside the house as I am returning it and looking for something similar but a little bit shorter.

Great Jacket
This jacket is true to size I am 5" 3 and adult jackets don't seem to fit as well.... I wear it to the ice skating rink and find it very warm and durable

North Face Girls Metropolis Parka
My daughter loves this coat as she prepares to go to college in a cold climate. It will be perfect for walking across campus to and from class. We ordered the girls size (less expensive) and loved the quality, but my daughter didn't like the fit since it is baggier than the womens.

I purchased the girls XL coat and it fits great. Its also a great
savings when compared to the women's coat. I am 5'4" 125 lbs and it
is a terrific fit. Very warm and not too bulky!

The best overall for warmth
Great jacket for kids... it is the only one that you will need if you come across cold weather... can be used for dress up or dress down and your little girl will always be warm.

Great Product
This is the second Metropolis Parka I have bought. I bought the first one my freshman year after realizing I needed a coat that would keepmy legs warm while walking around a huge college campus in Michigan. It has bees four years and like anything down filled feathers started coming out and I just felt like it was time to replace it. Loe the coat so much an love that I can fit in a children's size. I am 5'1" about 100lbs and the girls large fits perfectly. I highly recommend this coat!

I like it so much. Fits very well, just to way I want it.
Sometimes ppl afraid buying stuff on-line, but no problem with this one.
Looks just like on a picture.

Great coat for watching outdoor sporting events
I bought this coat so i could stay warm in outdoor soccer and lacrosse games...now i'm finally warm! Price was great because this is a child sized coat (XL) , and i'm a 5"4" 120 pound mom. i normally wear a women's small, so this is a great way to go if you're small!
