warm jacket
August 22, 2011

I bought this jacket in three different colors...great for walking my dog or running down the street. It is extremely soft and moderately warm. I need down when it gets around 30's but I think these will work above 40's with a t-shirt.

Pros: Great design, Ease of use, Great value

NF Mossbud Jacket
October 18, 2011

I bought this for my 11 yr old daughter as an in-between jacket for fall and spring. It fits her well and she loves the soft and furry interior lining. The quality seems good. I'll have to wait and see about wear and tear, she's only had it for a month.

She loves
February 01, 2011

My 11 years loves it. It doesn't look very warm for me, but my daughter insists it is warm enough. She loves the color(Ibiza Blue) and the softness of inside material. My daughter is not skinny or chubby (5' and 95lbs), and this jacket is perfect fit for her (not tight or too roomy). This jacket has some shape, and it seems important for 10, 11, 12 year old girls. I think she could wear it through very early spring.

Daughters Favorite!!
March 07, 2012

I bought this Jacket for my daughters 8th birthday and we both loved it. The fit is perfect. I got her a size small, she's about 50lbs but it was the the perfect size. The shipping was fast. I got it in about 4 days. I would highly recommend this jacket. It's very warm so she says, on the very cold days she wears this and a sweater underneath. I am buying another for my other daughter and have recommend this website to a cousin.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

Girls Mossbud Jacket
September 21, 2010

I'm a fan of Northface, it's such a great, durable brand. I have a couple of jackets myself, so I thought I would order one for my daughter. This jacket is so perfect for her. Not to heavy and not to light. She isn't a coat girl so, this will keep her warm and won't be heavy or bulky. I was very surprised to see the pink lining, as the picture I was looking at showed it in grey. Super excited about the pink. Overall, my daughter is very happy with her 1st North Face.

Great jacket
February 09, 2011

My daughter loves the jacket. She generally wears a 14 and I ordered an XL jacket which fits fine. She says the inside lining is incredible soft. Actually have a problem getting her to wear a heavier coat when the temperature drops.

great purchase
January 29, 2011

the jacket came within a week and was wrapped properly and securely. It fits perfectly, even though the sleeves are a bit long. I got the light pink color and it looks great on me. I wore this jacket outside of a tank when it was 39F outside and felt really warm thanks to the soft flee lining. It blocked all the wind while being so light-weighted.

Very soft inside but too thin
January 20, 2011

This jacket is very soft inside but is also very thin. It is not thick enough for New England weather. We are going to try the fleece Denali Thermal Jacket instead.

great buy
March 28, 2011

I purchased this jacket for my daughter who ripped her heavier North Face coat. She absolutely LOVES it!!!!!! It's warm and also lightweight so this jacket will work for her for many more seasons to come. It runs a little big/loose fitting, but it is great because she will grow into it.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great value

great product_ color problem
January 25, 2011

This jacket was perfect for what I wanted, it fits nicely and it is warm enough for Florida's winter. The only problem I see is the inside color, it is pink, different from the picture in the website. I did not mind it, but I would prefer it in grey.

Great Jacket against Wind & Drizzle
October 17, 2012

My daughters love their Denali fleece jackets but Denalis don't protect against wind at all (although they can handle some drizzle#. These Mossbud softshells are much better when it comes to wind and/or rain protection! So they're great for school, bike rides, camping, and traveling in the spring and fall. If you're exercising #skiiing or ice skating#, this jacket can be worn even in colder temps in winter. My daughters love this jacket because they're not bulky nor stiff, and the Mossbud lining is incredibly soft on the skin! I love it because this eliminates the need to pack 2 different jackets #a fleece jacket and a windbreaker). I think this runs true to size: my average size 10-year old wears a Medium and will need to size up next year and my average size 7-year old wears a Small and she'll probably be able to wear it next year. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great value
