This is exactly the light-weight item I was looking for. I am 5'2'' and 125 pounds- I got the extra large and it does fit well. I am returning it for a large, because I want the length of the jacket to be a little shorter. It is SO comfortable, though. I love the soft neck and how light-weight it is. Completely versatile and goes with everything!

This jacket is better than mine. All of the seams are taped and the rip-stop nylon is nice. I expect the zippers to last, too. My daughter likes the fitted cut, too.

Purchased the jacket for my granddaughter. She loves the jacket. The quality is outstanding. I ordered a large and the fit is just right for a l3 year old. The jacket sheds both the wind and rain. I would highly recommend this jacket.

My daighters love this jacket! I purchased two of these jackets and I have one of my own. Fit is good and it provides outstanding comfort, dryness & wind protection. I do wish it had the bottom up zipper capability, pit zips and adjustable straps for the wrists. You will not be disappointed with the Resolve jacket!

The jacket fits perfectly, my daughter loves the color (which means she is actually wearing it on rainy days) and it keeps her dry! I would definitely recommend spending the extra money for the North Face jackets, they keep you warmer and hold up well enough to make great hand me downs.

Fast shipping. Thin but highly durable, heat insulation is recommended. The color is actually a little darker than the picture. My height 65in and weight 139ibs size is XL. Got inside of the drilled to absorb sweat haejulsu. Products thin, but warm and good money. Bright colors and I'd like to highly recommend.

She told me that this particular jacket is worn all over campus and because she spends a good deal of her time traversing the same campus in all types of weather, I fealt this is just what she needed to brave the elements. I decided to order this jacket because of North Face's repuation and the positive experiences I have had in the past. I saw that the girl's black jacket was on sale but I was unsure of what size to order. I am 5'2 and 112 pounds so based on older reviews I decided to order the large but it did not fit as well as I would have desired so I am returned it for an extra large which fit better. I like my jackets to fit a little bigger so I usually buy a medium but if you like the small then the girl's large should suffice. If you're looking for a slightly cheaper alternative to women's sizes but with the same quality you would definately order this!

I am very happy with this jacket! Only thing that could be improved is a tighter cinch at sleeve openings, the cuff at end of sleeve should fit tighter around wrists.

Liked everything about the jacket except the cuff. Cuff has no adjustment and elastic is quite loose so it falls over my hand. Otherwise I would recommend.

its a very good jacket it helps out with the rain and cold weather . its comfy and roomy . it has a hardshell so the water does not get in . it has a nice design it keeps your body warm . another jacket / sweater is duable inside . this jacket does last long . it protects from rain or wind . if something ever spills on it , its not hard to remove.

Very satisfied; great price. I'm about 5'2" and almost 135lbs and it fits pretty good. The length of the jacket itself is good, but the sleeves are a tad too short, a girls xl may fit me better because of that. Love the softer lining around the neck and that the hood can be velcro-ed in. Great detail on coat for the price. I haven't worn it in the rain yet, but would assume its waterproof since its a rain jacket. The light weight is nice because it could be comfortable for different weather in between seasons.

If the rain is pouring, you should be wearing this jacket. It's light enough for the torrential downpours of NY summers and there is enough room to wear over a fleece during the fall or early spring. I got stuck in the rain once, and I was completely dry under this jacket. I like that it is light, waterproof, and easy for travel. However, it isn't warm enough for winter even over a fleece.

I would highly reccomend this jacket! It is very durable and really is a great buy!! the only thing I didn't love was the elastic at the bottom of the sleeve but everything else is jam up! :) And the customer service is excellent!!

I bought it in extra large size and it fits me too. I'm 24 years old. 5'2" tall and 113 pounds and it fit perfectly to me. I like the color so colorful and brighten up a rainy day. It's waterproof and keep you dry but it's not a warm jacket. You might need to wear another hoodie or fleece for base layer.

This jacket is very light weight and thin. It is good for the spring and fall time. I am 5'6, 135 lbs and the x large in girls fits me just right. I love the hood on this jacket. It isn't too big nor too small. I suppose it is water proof.

Great jacket! Bought this for the rainy season in California. I'm not exactly sure if this is great for extreme weather yet simply because I haven't been in extreme weather yet! (Still beginning fall) However, this jacket has YET to prove me wrong-- thin jacket, layer it on with a sweater if it gets too cold, but WIND PROOF and WATER PROOF for sure! This jacket fits big though. I have a small frame-- I'm 5'3" and 103 lbs and got an extra large. The jacket is pretty big, but no complaints. It IS a rain jacket, keeps me comfortably warm from head to part of my thigh.

I have always wanted a North Face wind jacket and really liked this one. I have had it for over a year now and it is still an awesome jacket. We had a hurrican about a couple months ago and I wore this and was completely dry underneath when I came inside. I am 23 and am about 5'2 and weigh 115 and the girls size large fits me perfect with lots of room still.

Excellent Fall/Spring Jacket

This is a super cute little jacket i purchased for my daughter. The first thing that you need to know is this is a true "jacket"...it is NOT a "coat". This jacket is perfect for my daughter when it is cool (not cold) in the morning and warmer in the afternoon. This is a jacket to keep crisp wind off your arms...and it is wonderful for that. If you're looking for something to wear in 47 - 64 degree weather, this is YOUR coat! I will add that Altrec had the best price i could find anywhere AND delivery was amazingly fast!!

I purchased this jacket for my seventeen year old daughter. I ordered a youth xlarge and it fits great. She is 5'5" and weighs 120 pounds. It is light weight and is long enought in the back to cover her rear. It also has a hood which is great for the rain. I would highly recommend this jacket.

This coat holds up well to the Oregon rain and wind, its really comfortable and the hood stays on. The only thing I don't like about it is that the arm length is a little too short for me and I don't really have too long of arms, it covers my arm when my arm is at my side but it goes up past my wrist when I put my arm up.

This is the second Resolve Jacket I have purchased. I bought the first for one daughter earlier this summer and loved it so much I just got another for my other daughter. They are light weight with just a mesh inside, so if it's cold one has to wear a warm layer underneath. They will keep you dry. We found them to run a bit small so I would recommend ordering up a size- especially if you will wear a sweater/fleece underneath. All in all a great jacket.

Great Item! It runs very large however it is comfortable and it is waterproof. It is not as thick so it is not too wind resistant. Girls usually wear XL but this XL is enormous.

Shipping was faster so nice colors too. 170cm tall and weigh 57kg sizes too nice just hit. Wearing lighter in the spring is good, the neck feels good against your skin soft.

I bought this jacket for my daughter as a birthday present and she couldn't have been happier with it...I love the color combination, but also love the quality of the jacket. I have bought many other windbreakers for my children and this one is by far the best one I have ever bought. It might be a little pricier than other windbreakers, but the quality you get is well worth price. She wears it all of the time. I am now thinking of buying the same jacket for both of my other children.

I purchased this north face resolve jacket based on others reviews. I am 5'4" and 125 lbs, the girl's XL fitted me well. I live in California, and I can't wait for raining season to try on this jacket. The material feels durable, and the print looks OK even though an adult wears it. Altrec had a great price on this jacket with fast delivery. Will definitely purchase more items in the future.
