Good Gloves
May 02, 2011
These gloves are comfy when not too cold outside. I have only used them in South Lake Tahoe in the mid teens, but they have kept my hands pretty warm in those temps. Despite the gore tex, some moisture does still seem to get through. However, it's not too bad for the price of the gloves.
Pros: Great valueNORTH FACE DECAGON GLOVES

The Decagon is a super sweet glove all around. It's pretty similar to the Montana though it's Gore and the gauntlet is bigger. One issue though. I've purchased 3 pairs of mediums and the left hand glove has been a full size bigger in all three. I've also tried them on at a local outfitter and same thing. Just seems like there is more material on the back side of the left glove (a handful), like you could add an extra pinky finger.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueGreat gloves!

I purchased a pair of these gloves for my son, the snowboarder,he says they are warm, and durable. I liked them so much I got a pair for my chronically cold hands. My hands have stayed warm so far. I have larger hands so I purchased the mens sized medium to allow for maximum circulation. I ski 2-3 times per week and they are holding up well. The black gloves look nice and are subtle. The grey and black gloves my son has also look nice when worn with his snowboard outfit. They seem to run true to size. Overall they are a good purchase. I would buy them all over again.
