Solid Shoe
March 06, 2012

An easy to break in, solid performer. Most Gore shoes will tend to make my feet hot and sweaty if wearing them in warmer weather. These have performed pretty well on warmer days, venting a bit and allowing my feet to breath. The shoes have great stability and traction, I would be comfortable wearing them with a 30-40 lb. pack on my back. Even if you're not wearing these on the trail, they're a great waterproof shoe for rainy days and slush.

Pros: waterproof

Great Item
February 20, 2013

Purchased these shoes for a trip that I will be taking to Patagonia in April. We will be doing hiking and ice trekking on glaciers. These shoes caught my eyes and went ahead and purchased them. Wore them this past weekend to break them in. First thing I noticed was that there was no need to break them in. Was very impressed with how comfortable they were. No issues with my feet getting too warm. Light and durable shoe. True to size as well.

Pros: light, durable, comfortable, Cons: little pricey

The Best Shoe for Golf Course Maintenance
December 19, 2012

The most important part of a work shoe for people in the golf course industry is reliable waterproofing. I went through two pairs of the GTX Merrell Moab Midboot and each one failed me after a couple of weeks. These shoes have been through muddy holes and hours of walk mowing in the rain and are still holding up great. Couldn't ask for a better shoe at this point.

Excellent fit and finish
January 30, 2013

I work in the Pacific Northwest and I frequently need to be outside for my job. I bought these to cope with the cold wet winters here and they did not disappoint. They fit great, are waterproof and are made to last. I would definitely buy another pair.
