Designed for those with Seven Summits aspirations, The North Face Men's Himalayan Parka makes reaching the top the top of the world a lot more comfortable. Used by elite mountaineers in the big mountain ranges in every hemisphere, this ultra-warm alpine parka is built with a Gore Windstopper® Insulation Shell packed with premium 800 fill European goose down and Climashield™ Neo Insulation for optimum cold weather warmth. A lightweight design, this down parka uses fully laminated and taped baffles to keep its insulation evenly placed, so there are no cold spots. Its polyurethane (PU) zippers have laminated back flaps to eliminate snagging when pulling with mitted digits, while it fully adjustable fixed snorkel hood with internal down collar seals things up tight against the elements. Additional weather blocking comes from the parka's hobo mitts that close the wrist gap, Velcro® adjustable cuffs, and hem cinch cord that checks swirling wind. Outfitted with plenty of storage, the TNF Himalayan Parka features two Napoleon chest pockets with internal parka access, an internal zipper pocket for a radio, two internal stretch water bottle pockets to keep liquid from freezing, and two hand pockets.
