I purchased two of these jackets for the upcoming winter. I get cold very easily so I am always looking for warmth when I run outside or watch the snow fall from the inside. The fit feels good with ample room for layering. It may be a bit too warm for many of my winter runs but it will keep me cozy and comfortable before and afterwards I`m quite sure. The jacket looks stylish enough to wear to your favorite tavern or holilday informal party if you are not planning to use it strictly for any outside physical activity where you wish to be warm. I am 6`2`` and about 185 lbs with a thin build. The large size is just about perfect for me.

I ordered an XL Chute green Khumbu early to ensure it would be here on time but with Altrec's wonderful service, that wasn't a problem and I had it in 5 days. He simply couldn't wait til his birthday to receive it and stole it from me 2 months early :) He doesn't take this coat off! Best purchase I've made for him. Thanks Altrec!

This jacket was even better then I expected it to be. The material is very high quality a lot better then other fleeces that I have owned. I actually like how this jacket is more simple than other of the more expensive North Face jackets. The only downside with this is that I think that the collar is to big.

It's lighweight but warm and works by itself or

Warm, Really Sharp design and look, is very warm unless there is a real windchill, in which case it will blow right through the fleece. But its fleece.
