Men's North Face Fleece Crew
After reading other reviews I decided to purchase this shirt - I am not disappointed! It is made from quality fleece [as expected from The North Face] and is very warm. The other nice feature as mentioned by others is that it layers quite well, and it just plain looks great! I have several 1/4 zip fleece shirts which are nice, but this one is great also - worth considering if you are looking for another fleece shirt.

I bought more...
I got one shirt and loved it so much that I got two more. It's a great shirt that keeps you warmer than a sweatshirt but doesn't have the bulk. Good to wear it as part of a layer, or to lounge in.

Very warm
I love this very warm but not bulky shirt. I have been wearing one under my uniform shirt for over a year. So warm I often don't even need a coat.
