I like this jacket. The material is soft to touch but durable. With Gore "windstopper" material, surely it is windproof and make you stay warm during windy cold days. Got it on sale and I am satisfied with the purchase.

I bought The North Face Men's Sentinel Jacket, size large, for my boyfriend. He is 6'0 and 180 lbs. and normally wears a large. It looks so good on him!!! It is a very nice coat. It is not warm enough for those below zero days but it works for those guys that do not want to wear a really bulky warm coat.

This is an excellent jacket by The North Face.Iit is extremely light weight yet stands up to significant wind gusts. This jacket is also great when used as an under layer to a coat because it is not bulky and provides another barrier to wind. Asthetically the jacket looks great and fits true to size. I live in upstate New York and this jacket proves to be versaitle for all types of weather and can be worn nearly year round.

I love this jacket. It is windproof, warm and comfortable. Just what I wanted for when I head up into the hills - and it folds up neatly into a bundle to sit in the top of my pack. At just over 500 grams it is the right combination. If you need anything warmer, then just layer beneath the jacket. An great purchase.

Great product with a quality fit. Size was good as I am 5' 10" tall and weigh 190 lbs. This jacket cuts the wind out very well and amazed at how light weight it actually is. Would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a cold weather jacket.

The North Face Sentinel Windstopper jacket is a must have piece in my arsenal. I have used this jacket in a range of temperatures. It is completely windproof, and therefore great when the wind is blowing. I would say excellent from about 45 degrees and up to about 70 if there is a cool wind. Rain, so long as it's not a deluge, is no problem as it just beads up on the finish. I have so far, used the jacket biking and on walks. I could run in it if it was colder but I have other jackets for that. Great North Face Quality. You should get a Sentinel Thermal Windstopper too for colder weather !!! A must have !!

This is a great buy for the price you will pay. It is extremely comfortable and does its job keeping the warmth trapped. A very practical item. Perfect for running or for casual wear.

Best Northface jacket I have ever bought. Its warm, completely wind proof, resists almost all rain except for downpours, and is easy to adjust your temperature by using the pocket/vents. Worth the money and an all around great buy.

This jacket is awesome. I was looking for a light weight jacket that is not fleece and came across this one and I couldn't be happier. I wanted a jacket that looks good and not too casual. I liked it so much I got one for my dad and my husband, although my husband wasn't too thrilled to be wearing the same jacket as my dad.

I absolutely love this jacket. Practical and stylish. I received many compliments on this jacket! I am 5' 11" and 155lbs. and the M fits like a glove. It would have received a perfect score had the jacket any internal pockets. Otherwise, it is perfect for a brisk fall evening or a chilly spring day. Totally get this thing. It matches everything and you will keep it for years!

The best jacket i have bought, I live in northern wisconsin in rhinelander, and over the past few weeks we have had blistering wind and cold, the coldest it got was -20 with negative thirty wind chill, i wore just this coat to work and was warm, well worth the price

I was looking for a good softshell and I settled on this Sentinel Wind Stopper and I'm very happy I did. it fits great, very soft and comfortable. Definetly the one to have in a bag.
