The North Face Outdoor Trucker

North Face Hat not found in stores

I have been searching for a North Face hat for ever. I have found a couple that I liked but never the color I wanted. And I am very specific about hat style and colors. I even went to the North Face Store in Atlanta, GA and was unable to find one I wanted. I ended up Googling North Face Hats and found Altrec site and not only did they have a large selection but multiple colors I could not find on the North Face site or any other site for that matter. I am assuming because this style was out-dated. At first I had some issues with Altrec charging my card twice for the same product but they resolved it with no issues. Last but not least the best thing besides the hat was that all the Customer Service reps understood english and spoke it as well... which is a big issue when trying to call customer service with other companies it all seems outsourced which is fine but if outsourced make sure they understand and can speak English and ALL of Altrec's CSR reps did and did a wonderful job. I will always shop online with Altrec. Sincerely, Satisfied Customer
