Love this ear gear!!!
December 15, 2011

I'm not much of a hat person, but my ears get cold here in Michigan. This ear gear is perfect. They have a comfortable fit and cover my ears perfectly. No matter how cold or windy it's been, my ears have stayed toasty warm.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

As advertised

Blocks the wind even at motorcycle wind speeds. Great bang for the buck! This runs pretty big and I wish I would've went one size smaller on this. The matching gloves work great as well.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

Excellent Choice
January 28, 2011

I've been looking for something to cover just my ears (and thinking earmuffs) and saw this item while I was browsing the site. I decided to purchase it because it seemed a lot less bulky. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The quality is wonderful and it fits to my head snugly while keeping my ears very warm. The fabric is very lightweight and the best part is that it doesn't mess my hair up!

Pros: Great design, Ease of use

Better than the other non-windstopper ear gear
December 05, 2011

If you are like myself, two big questions you may have are what is the difference between this windstopper ear gear version and the non-windstopper cheaper ear gear version. For starters the cheaper non-windstopper is a one size fit all, and for me the fabric material at times can become itchy after some ski/snowboarding. I absolutely adore/prefer the material on the windstopper over the cheaper version, however getting the size right was the next hurdle. As a male with a fitted baseball hat size of 7 1/2 - 7 3/4 (which I consider a pretty big head size), I went with the medium size and the fit is snug and perfect fit without any looseness or super tightness that restricts circulation. I've heard from other reviewers the large can at times be loose, so better safe then sorry and get the smaller size!

Pros: Build quality
Comfort: 5 / 5
Durability: 4 / 5

Windstopper
January 06, 2011

The Windstopper is okay. Accidentally ordered a large when it fact I needed a medium. Product doesn't wrap around the head tightly enough in my opinion but still pretty good. My old Columbia Sport windstopper I can no longer find online were better.

Pros: Great design, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: Bad design
