The GORE-TEX® WINDSTOPPER® soft shell fabric has a wind permeability rated at 0 CFM (0 CFM is 100% windproof) so that persistent wind won’t break through, while the brushed collar lining and adjustable attached hood with elastic-bound edge add extra protection when it really starts to howl. Non-abrasive, molded cuff tabs and the hem cinch-cord allow you to cinch up all the right places for the perfect fit and even more protection from those sometimes pesky elements.

North Face Cipher

This jacket is perfect for those in between days & evenings when it's not really cold but not really warm. It's also very beautiful (I got the moody blue). I generally wear a medium which this is, but this runs a little smaller than most of my North Face mediums, so if you are a border line medium/large I would recommend the large.
