Purchased for vacation. Lightweight material which dries easy. Fit is true to size. Bought the berry color and its very vibrant and cheerful. Great short for hiking, trail running and just about any outdoor activity. Glad I made the purchase. Another perfect North Face product.

I ordered the black and pink in XS (5'5" 125lbs.) and the fit is perfect. They are water shorts but could easily be worn as casual shorts since they have pockets. The only thing I do not like about them is the gusseted crotch causes the legs to flair out quite a bit to suit me but I suppose that allows for more freedom of movement. Overall a quality product at a great price!

Haven't worn them yet, so can't rating is just a guess. Looking for shorts to wear on a sailing trip -- quick dry a must. Sizing is accurate. material, quality, seem great. Gusseted crotch a plus.These fit well - I am an 8-10 bottom and M was perfect. Seem like they will be just right. Plus, they were on sale!

I teach water fitness at an outdoor pool ALL year. I am always looking for a good pair of water shorts to wear over my swimsuit when I am teaching in and out of the water...and these really fit the bill! They are well made and durable and they fit nicely with enough coverage. I like that the ties are on the inside and are easily adjustable. I am also a kayaker and know that these will be perfect for paddling! I would say these are just what I was looking for!

I didn't know what to call this review, so I went with what was important to me. Three words, pockets, pockets, pockets. Are you listening clothing manufacturers? I am amazed how difficult it is to find sports clothes with a decent pocket. Other than that, these are cute shorts that I've worn for jogging. Very lightweight, and did I mention they have pockets?

Love these shorts! They are comfortable, and long enough to be modest, but not too long. It is hard to find this combination without lining, and these are perfect.
