Awesome Jacket!
July 28, 2009

I love this jacket! It is perfect for warm rainy weather.

Big fan of North Face, not so much this jacket
May 26, 2011

I have many North Face products, fleeces, jackets, backpacks, etc because of the great quality they offer, so I ordered this jacket in hopes of having a lightweight rain protector/cool summer nights jacket for camping. When I got it- it looked like it would fit great but upon putting it on realized it runs VERY small. I'm a small/average build with a little bit longer arms and while this jacket was roomy in my mid section the jacket itself only came up to my waist (is longer in the back, so I wish this coverage was in the front as well) whenever I lift up my arms the jacket raises pretty high and I don't think it's going to be a good match for my summer outdoor activities, I think I'm going to exchange it for one size up to be safe and get the room in the arms/length that I had originally wanted. Hope it works out!

Good fit and great for the rainy weather!

I purchased this jacket for the rainy months. It fits tight around the wrists and head keeping you dry in cold weather and rain.

Alaska Jacket
May 07, 2012

I purchased this jacket for an upcoming Alaska cruise. So far I couldn't be happier with it. I will be able to stash it away until it is needed because is folds so small. I also wanted this jacket because the hood that tucks under the collar when it is not needed. As with all North Face products, I give this jacket an A+!

North Face Geosphere
September 13, 2011

I bought the North Face Geosphere jacket for my high school daughter. It's perfect for those rainy days to protect their clothes and more importantly a hood to protect their HAIR!!! We saw a similar jacket at a discount store for $40 more!!! I highly recommend to anyone!

Pros: Great value

May 02, 2011

It is a nice lightweight jacket the only thing is that I am about 5.7 tall and sleeves are a little short for me. Other than that I have no complaints.

Super cute!!!
July 23, 2013

I got this jacket because it was time for a new rain/wind jacket for the fall coming up. It is a great jacket and super cute! North Face jackets do normally run one size smaller than you usually are so I would go down one size. Its a great jacket for a great price!

Great Purchase
July 11, 2013

This jacket was perfect for the San Francisco evenings when I visited in July. It was light weight for traveling but provided warmth against the winds blowing from the bay. I highly recommend this jacket and feel confident that I will wear this jacket often this fall when the weather is chilly.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great value

not what I expected
March 04, 2010

I was looking for a rain jacket and it was not what I expected. It was more like a wind breaker.

Wasn't what I wanted for the price I paid
March 16, 2010

I liked the jacket, but not enough to keep it for the price I paid. I ordered a black jacket in small, and I'm about 120lbs and 5'4. It was wider than I thought it was going to be, which is good for layering clothes underneath but the jacket and sleeves were too short for me. I like to have room to pull the sleeves over my hands, and you couldn't do that with the small North Face. The fabric is very soft I enjoyed the feeling of the jacket, but I wont get enough wear out of it for the price I paid.

WaterProtection: 3 / 5

August 26, 2011

It's a perfectly fine jacket except that it is water-repellant, not water-PROOF. I guess I assumed that since it was categorized as a rain jacket, it was water proof - that's the point, right? I should've read up more on it, I guess but the description doesn't say water-repellant, and I think all the basic info should be there in the description. Too bad cuz it is a good jacket if that's what you want.

best purchase ever

Nice fit and good quality
August 12, 2010

I've been needing a rain coat for awhile but didn't want anything too bulky or tacky. I ordered this jacket and it's perfect, it has a nice, slim fit, is very comfortable and is easy to pack for convenience.

Great jacket for April showers
March 25, 2010

I bought this jacket not knowing what to expect. The fit was great and its lightweight but it keeps me warm. Good to use on those rainy April days. Great buy!

Lightweight and packable with hidden hood
May 17, 2012

This jacket is very comfortable and light weight. I particularly purchased the jacket because it has a hidden hood that tucks away under the collar. Even when the hood is hidden, the jacket is stylish without the bulk of a hood. It packs in it's own pocket. I wish it came with a carabiner so once you pack it, you can hook it to a backpack or belt loop. I wore it on a windy day at the beach and it was just what I needed. Yet to try it on a rainy day.

Pros: Great design, Ease of use

This jacket fits a little large but is very comfortable and light. This is my just in case jacket and it's very packable! I haven't worn it in extreme conditions but for summer nights it's the perfect light jacket.

Best Light Womens Jacket
April 05, 2013

I was happy to say this jacket did justice for the NF name, once again their product are a must have for outdoors or indoors gals out there. I wore these jacket on a hike, strong wind, and light rain and it kept me dry and warm with just a tank top and tees and shorts. I usually wear a NF small, I'm 5'2, 110lbs, they fit me perfect. This is one of my favorite NF light jacket. If you are in the market for a light jacket for spring/summer nights, this is the perfect jacket for you, very cute on and love the pink!

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

Overall I like this jacket because it's very light and comfortable. So, I usually carry it with me. I only wish that it was a little bit cheaper although I know about the high quality of this product.

Nice, lightweight

Flattering fit!
September 04, 2011

This jacket hangs nicely to create a very flattering fit--not too tight or bulky. I bought the medium and I am 5' 6"/130 lbs--the medium was the perfect size. It is a great jacket for cool spring or fall evenings as well as light rain. I like the way it is lined with mesh rather than the waterproofing material that often does not hold up well to washing.

Pros: Performance

My daughter loves the jacket!
July 08, 2009

Ordering was painless, shipping was on time and the jacket is very nice. North Face puts out a quality jacket. I thought it would be more tapered at the waist going from the picture but it is just fine.

Great jacket
June 28, 2008

I really like this jacket; it's great to run or walk in. The sleeve cuffs are a little tight and it runs a little big, but overall a great jacket.

Everything I Wanted
February 12, 2011

I really wanted a North face that wouldn't hurt my bank account too much and I thought this was perfect. I got everything I wanted, I am about 5'6'' and petite but this fit very nicely, and I LOVED this cinch cord on the bottom. You can't really see it in the pictures, though. I would definately recommend this jacket because the quality is really good for being ver inexpensive

Great jacket
September 08, 2010

Great jacket for rainy days, I found that it ran a little small.
