Description

When powder snow dumps, The North Face Go-Go Pants for women are your go-to solution. These insulated women's ski and snowboard pants are fully seam sealed and completely waterproof, but The North Face used an innovative Chimney Venting™ system to help keep you cool beneath the afternoon alpine sun. Along the inner thighs are zippered vents with mesh gussets to keep spindrift out of the inner layers. Coupled with the Chimney Venting™ system, these vents allow cool air to filter across more leg area to help draw warm air out while allowing fresh air in through the mesh lining in the gaiters. Adjust the zippers on these vents to control the airflow. The North Face Women's Go-Go Pants' StretchVent™ gaiters keep snow and moisture out of the inner cuffs while enhancing the overall airflow. Close the thigh vents and the StretchVent™ gaiters retain thermal warmth inside the pant. Storage options in the Women's Go-Go Pant include two generous cargo pockets, handwarmer pockets and back pockets with flaps. Whether you ski or snowboard, these low-rise, boot-cut snow pants are a practical and stylish addition to your winter wardrobe.

Nice pants good quality
May 15, 2009

My body measurement/style is as follows: Height: 5'3 Weight: 112lbs Inseam: 29" True Waist: 27" Hips: 36" (narrow hips, larger seat) These pants have a 9" rise in the front and 12" in the back. Although listed as low-rise they sit at the belly button level. I ordered a size medium (I'm normally an xs-s in other brands). I plan on wearing layers underneath as they are lightly insulated. I may have been able to wear the small as the medium fits with a generous fit, surprisingly so in the seat being that I have a larger seat for a small frame. The waist has adjustable tabs which is good. The leg length is 31.5" and fits a bit long. They Look nice with the K Jacket ( again I had to order a Medium as the K jacket limits shoulder movement. The New Taupe Color matches Nicely with the K Jacket in New taupe although the texture is slightly different. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet. But from testing the fit and overall features (Crotch vents, lots of pockets, waist adjustments) I would recommend them.

Size ran very small
February 01, 2013

Pants ran very small, couldn't even get them over my hips! Teens might fit, but anyone with a fuller figure should select a different style. Return was simple and customer service was great.

Have not had the chance to try out these snow pants in the snow due to a mild winter in the Northeast. But I love the slim fit. I am 5' 2" 106 lbs and ordered an xs. The length is long enough, which I usually have trouble with small sizes being too short. I can still fit an extra layer underneath, although these pants seem to be great for warmth. I love the adjustable waistband. I am looking forward to using these in the upcoming month for snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Great pants!
January 25, 2013

I really like the way these pants fit! They sit lower than other snow pants and it is much more flattering to a not perfectly slim figure. They are a little long, but over snow boots they will be fine.

Go go pants

Great pants! I was very warm and dry when it was 7 degrees and snowing in Vail this weekend. The fit is feminine too.

GO GO
February 15, 2013

I bought these pants a few years ago & loved them so much that I wanted them in a fun color. The blue is bright! The fit of these L's is a little snugger than my pair from a few years ago. L is a 10-12. I have big thighs & these are a little tight at the seams that go horizontally across the leg. I love that they are boot cut--they have ample room to fit over my boots AND boot heaters. They fit more true to the waist which I like. They aren't low riders like snowboard pants. They don't offer much insulation so you will want them roomy enough to wear a layer(s) underneath.

Pros: Lasts forever

Love them!

I'm about 5'4 and they are perfect in length and fit well. Plenty of room for a pair of leggings underneath. I can't wait to try them out!

Stylish and Fun!
December 20, 2011

Very well made pant! Stylish and flattering-- not just your regular ski pant. Great functional pockets and waist cinching tabs. Sits low on the waist; basically at hips in front with a slight rise in the back to cover the backside comfortably. Overall very comfortable! Feel as though they would be warm, without being bulky- insulation is spread evenly throughout. They appear very well made and durable. I trust North Face completely! The only drawback: I am too short (I'm 5'1; 125lbs) for these to fit just right--ordered a small. The waist, hip and leg width are just right, but alas they are quite long on me! Furthermore, on my short legs the cargo pockets and articulated knees fit a fair bit below where they're supposed to. I wish these were cut in Short length!

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance

Nice looking pants
July 09, 2010

These are not as thick as i expected them to be and they sit low on the waist. Seems to be very nice material, but the fit was just not right.

Great Pants
February 06, 2012

Got these pants for my first ski trip. I only wore leggings under them and my legs never got cold. Love the style, has tons of pockets. The thing I do not like though is they didn't come in a short. I am 108lbs and 5'1. I got the small regular and they are way to long. Spending that much money I should be able to get a short. Other then that they are great so far

Solid product
February 07, 2012

Bought these pants for my wife who is a beginner snowboarder and she absolutely loved it. The fit was perfect for her (size S for her height of about 5'4"), highly waterproof, and feels very durable. She was slipping and sliding on the snow alot but the stitching and evrything was still intact at the end. These will probably last for a long time..

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Great value

Exactly what I wanted

I tried these pants on in the store but ordered from altrec for the pricing and color/size options. These pants are perfect for snowboarding, not too hot and very waterproof.

I really like the go-go fit
October 20, 2008

I am always looking for ski pants that have a slimming fit and are warm at the same time. I really like the Go-Go low rise boot cut fit. They were just what I have been searching for.

Love it!

This is really a good pair of ski pant! It keeps me warm enough and the style is fashionable, too! I love it! I am 5"9'tall and 132lbs.The medium size fits me well.
