I love this jacket, it is shaped and shows off your lady curves. It has a synthetic lining and is comfortable against the skin. The sleeves and shoulders are very fitted so it looks great but is not comfortable to wear over long sleeved tops or heavier tops. The hip area is tighter than other clothes in this size by NF. I love the outer material; it is waterproof but soft and not noisey like many waterproof fabrics.

Based on the first review, I followed the advice and went with a bigger size. I typically wear a medium and when I tried this jacket on, for a large, it just fit me right. Sleeve length was a little long, but then again, I'm only 5'1". Overall, I'm pleased with jacket, and obviously, Altrec!

Always worth the cost, IMO. I had the NF Triple C last winter - long, mummy-like down coat that kept me totally sung. Wore the Small in the Triple C. I'm 5'5" and 128 and a little top-heavy (34DD) - the Small would NOT have worked in the K Jacket. Way too fitted/tight. If you're deciding between sizes - size up. Was also debating between K and the Insulated Grace Jacket - tried them both and K is much cuter and more flattering. I was desperate to get my hands on the discontinued color deep water blue - ended up getting it in Phantom Red - hesitated because do not like the color red - don't be fooled - this color is GREAT, people. More like a rich crimson/burgundy/brown. A great fall/winter neutral color that will look good with everything. Very excited to wear this in the rain!

I purchased the original North Face jacket here with the lowest price. The color of the jacket is so natural than looking at the picture. The feeling of the touch is so nice with blocking cold wind and water. I love to get this jacket from the altrec with very resonable price. And I could't find any other online and offline store at all even though I spent so much time to find it.

Stylish Rain Jacket

I was looking for a stylish yet functional rain jacket and this fits the bill! I read the other reviews and decided to go up a size and I am glad I did. I am a 4-6 and usually order a S in most things but I went with a Medium in this and it fits great. Doesn't feel too big at all and leaves a little room for layering if need be. Sleeves were the perfect length for me (I am 5'5'' and 130 lbs). All around a great jacket!

I am very happy with the jacket; comfortable, good quality, nice design, waterproof and true to size. The vintage white color is very nice, can go with a lot. Only one thing I would like to ask the manufacturer to change is making the hood smaller so it will be more fitted. Thank you Altrec for very fast service.

Cute & Functional

I have had this jacket for about a year now. I lost it recently and decided I couldn't live without it so I replaced using Altrec.com. I love this jacket because it is cute and it is also a great light wind proof and rain proof jacket. The color is a bit more cream than white. It is very durable and well made. It fits small. I would like it even more if the pull strings on the hood where easier to access and use, also if there was a pull string on the back of the hood to cinch the hood in for a better fit around the head. The hood always feels loose when your using it and falls down exposing your head to the elements.

My body measurement/style is as follows: Height: 5'3 Weight: 112lbs Inseam: 29" True Waist: 27" Hips: 36" (narrow hips, larger seat) Bust: 34" I originally bought this jacket in a small however the shoulders/back fits tightly and the hem around the legs fits snug...I went with a size medium and it fits very nice. Looks like a good quality jacket I can't wait to try it out in the rain.

I love this jacket. It is sturdy and stylish. After I figured out how to cinch the hood, it worked great in heavy rain. Several other commenters noted that the jacket runs small through the hips, AND IT DOES. I usually wear a 4 (SMALL) on top, but ordered medium based on other comments and was glad I did. It JUST fits at the lowest part of the jacket. But if I went up a size, it would be too roomy on top. I wish it had just a bit more room in the hips, but am keeping the jacket - still like the way it looks and feels.

Great jacket! Since it is very thin and not insulated, I got mine a little big so that I could put a fleece under it if necessary. This makes the jacket that much more versatile as I can wear it in warmer weather and not get too hot, or with the fleece in colder weather and stay warm. The Hy-Vent material does the trick at blocking both wind and rain.... highly recommended!
