These pants are extremely comfortable, soft, and warm. They block the wind in blustery Minnesota and aren't too warm for sitting on the couch after a long day at work or at play. The wide waistband is extremely comfortable - even at 6 months pregnant! I highly recommend these pants and wish I had two pair!
pants rise too short

Very soft and very warm puffy pants. I loved the way it feels against the skin. I am 5' 2" and usually wear size 4-6 pants. I ordered size s and inseam was too long and the rise was too short. I would only recommend it for someone who is about 5' 6"and likes to wear low rise pants.

Great winter gear

Pants ran a little big but the fabric is warm and the waist band very comfy. Band can be turned down for a lower waist fit.
Warm and toasty!

I can't say enough about how much I love these pants. I lost power during a week of an East Coast blizzard with high winds and really, really, really cold temps and *lived* in these pants. I LOVE THEM! That said, they do make you look a bit like a muppet. ;-)
Warmest pants ever

I was so excited to get these pants. I ordered a Large, Regular length. Great fabric! Super soft!. Excellent weight for the cold months. Great fit in the elastic waist. Long enough for my long legs (I'm 5'11"). However, the "rise" was too short!! So they are way too tight in the crotch . I was so sad because they were perfect in every other way. :( So I'm returning them and ordering an XL and hoping that they will fit.
Pros: Build quality, Ease of uselove them

The mossbud line is super soft and warm. I would definitely recommend. I have the pants in every color. The graphite is a liitle darker in color than they appear in the picture but I still love them.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Cons: cost is high if not on sale but still worth itWrite a review for the The North Face Mossbud Pants here.
Most Comfy Pants Ever!!
January 04, 2011
I love these pants! I ordered both colors and would happily order more if other colors were available. They seem to be true to size. These pants will be perfect for walking my dogs, hiking or just lounging around the house on a cold day.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of useBetter than any other I have tried

I have tried different fleece pants before and this is so far the best I have found. It is perfect to keep you warm in harsh cold weather and it feels really soft and cozy. I purchased a M Regular because I am 5'7" / 140 pounds, but I thought the pants fit large. When I buy another one I will go for S. One drawback of the design might be that cold air sneeks into my legs when I am walking outdoors. Other than this, it is a great product. It is costly but worth to pay its price.

Love these Mossbud pants!

I found these in a retail store. They didn't have my size; kindly referred me to altec.com. I ordered my size which just arrived after our biggest Januray blizzard. They are so warm and soft to the touch. I will wear them often!

I am 5'10 and 170 pounds. I got the L and they fit perfectly! This fleece is so luxuriously soft! It's not overly thick, but it is unbelievably warm. I wear it in 20 degree weather without anything over it - never feel cold and no wind gets through. Highly recommend for those of us that always feel cold.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Great valueSoft and Warm

These are the best warm winter pants. Great for around the fire or quick trip to the store. They do run large so don't order big. This is my second pair.
This is awesome!

I love this pants! Great quality, great value! Even though its a little bit large for me but it does not bother me. This pants looks great on me! My legs seem very slim and long. This pants was recommended by a specialist. Here I thank him! I definitely will wear this pants for the next whole winter!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great valueJanuary 29, 2012
These are soooo comfortable and really really warm. They need to be washed before wearing....tend to shed a little. I would say true to size....I got the "short" and they are just right for 5'2". Really nice. Now looking for the coordinating jacket!
