The jacket itself is nice, lightweight, and soft to touch. I wore it in 28 degree weather because I was planning on walking from the car straight into the store (no long term cold exposure). It's warm enough to get you from point A to point B, but lightweight enough to wear in the mall or grocery store without being too bulky. It kept me warm for the most part. It zips up high enough to keep your neck warm. I did feel some wind coming through the pocket area.

My wife loves this jacket, it's warm and very very soft. The jacket also looks great. We originally ordered a small (which she normally wears) but the sleeves were too short so had to go with a medium.

This jacket is very warm and soft. I have many of these jackets and get compliments each time I wear them. I bought the yellow color and it is really bright and the texture of the fabric is heavenly. This jacket is guaranteed to keep you warm. The jacket does shed until it is washed several times but is worth this minor annoyance. I would recommend this jacket and plan to purchase more when they introduce new colors.

Somehow I didn't realize I'd purchased the furry jacket. When I opened it, I was horrified because I didn't think it would be my style. I actually like it very much. I'm warm-blooded so maybe it's just me but I think it's a very warm jacket. The furry version is a little bit diva-ish but I like it anyway.

I have been wanting a North Face jacket for awhile now! Finally bought one and I absolutely LOVE this coat! I have gotten many compliments on the color. I would most definitely buy another one in a different color. Thanks! I did return the small and got a medium due to sleeves being just a tad too short for my liking. But other than that... LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!

This is my second Northface jacket i have the same jacket in pink. This jacket is very warm and soft an gives you that warm fuzzy feeling when it is worn. I would recommend this jacket to anyone. top quality. there isnt anything i dont like about this jacket.

I recently purchased the North Face Women's Osito Jacket from Altrec. It was my first time purchasing online from Altrec and I was very happy with my purchase. I read several of the comments from others on the Altrec site before making my purchase. Those comments were really helpful. I'm so appreciative of the person who warned that the white color of this jacket would make you look like a polar bear...I recently saw someone with this white jacket and it really does look like a polar bear! I'm 5 ft. 4 inches, weigh 130 lbs. and decided on a size Medium after reading several of the reviews. The Medium was perfect because I did not want the jacket to fit too snug. If you are thinking of ordering from Altrec, go for it, you won't be disappointed by the customer service from this company.

it is soft, pretty and the color is great! the jacket is thinner than i expected but its warm and i wear a S but it still has room for me to wear a hoodie or someting under it. im 5'6 130lbs :)

This jacket is incredibly warm and soft. Wind protection is minimal but it's perfect for chilly fall days or for around the house during the winter. The fit is similar to the Denali jacket by Northface so it can be a bit boxy and was a bit too short in the arms for me. I'm 5ft10" and about 130 lbs. I ordered a small but had to return it on account of the sleeve length.

I was hoping this would sub in from my North Face Denali, but it is a bit lighter and closer to a sweatshirt. The white is a very bright white and I felt a little like a polar bear. :) The texture is soft as silk and the fit was perfect. I'm 4"11 and did well in the Small.

This is actually my second one of these. I ordered a size up this time due to sleeve length, and I'm not a tall person at 5'3". It just felt more comfortable to me. Other than that, this is a super comfortable, warm, stylish jacket. Great for transitions and layering. Still looks new after washing.

I bought the White Osito and it is warm, super soft, and looks beautiful on. I bought a small, I'm 5'5"' and 115 lbs. It fits perfect over lightweight summer tops.
