It sheds a lot ever since I started to wear it. I washed it but it still sheds. It's very warm and soft and I like it a lot. Just the shedding problem is not very pleasant.

I had hoped to find a good multi-purpose stand-alone fleece jacket/zip-in liner for another TNF shell, but this wasn't it. The sleeves are too long by a couple of inches and the hip area was just a bit too snug for my taste. There was also a pucker along the front zipper that was clearly obviously a flaw when the jacket was zipped. TNF products are great, but this wasn't their best offering.

I am so glad I bought this jacket! It is so comfy and warm! I don't think I will be wearing this in the extreme cold of a Massachusetts winter, but I will wear it on days that are not so cold!

I bought this jacket for my teenage daughter. She loves it! It is a great fit. We like the way it is tailored and not so boxy. She likes to wear a jacket at school and this is the perfect one. It is not too bulky. We are very pleased with the North Face Pumori Jacket and would highly recommend it to others.

I bought this as a gift for my sister in law. She likes it very much. It is very soft and warm. The white fleece is very bright white. If you want a softer white go with the winter white. She is 5'6 about 110 pounds and the small fits with a little room for layering. Overall, the fleece is very good gift!

This is a gift for my stepdaughter for Christmas and she loved it. She said its so comfortabe and warm. Its true to size. She wears it all the time. She said everybody wants to hug her 'coz the jacket feels so soft to touch.

This jacket does just what I wanted it for. I needed a jacket that was lighter weight & not as warm as my NorthFace Denali jacket. I am a hot natured person and the Pumori jacket is just perfect for me for most of the winter. When it gets really cold I will wear my Denali as it is warmer. The size worked perfect & the shipping time was really fast.

I purchased one of these jackets to snap in as part of a two piece set with a water/wind proof shell and then lost it. I was so happy to replace it. It's soft, warm and comfortable. I wear it daily and would highly recommend it.

I am a xs (5foot 4 and weigh 105lbs 32b bra) and bought the xs and it fits great. lots of room around the arm pit and nice long sleeves. Very warm. I wear it everyday.

I love my fleece!! I ordered the pink because it was different and really stands out!! I have a windfall jacket already and it is very wind resistant and soft, but not as soft as pumori fleece jacket. It is very warm and light weight. I don't feel as if I am wearing a heavy down jacket. It does run a little big through the middle, but fits well in the shoulders. I would definetely recommend this jacket to anyone!! I might just have to buy another!!

Its not as thick as the common denali fleece so it gets cold in it really fast. There is no hood and no rain protection. It is pretty thin and I recommend it if you want it for the summer-fall transition.

Moonlight Ivory Pumori Jacket

I purchased the moonlight ivory, thinking it would be a good change from my darker jackets. The fit was good, the jacket was very comfortable. I would try another color. The problem was the shedding. It constantly shed onto every jacket it touched in my closet, my clothes, my car seat belt, and my purse strap. Everything I touched had white fuzz on it. Lots of it! Unfortunately, I have to return it because clean-up after it is just too high maintenance. Washing did nothing to solve the problem. For this reason I would not recommend this color. After researching it a bit, I noticed others that had the same complaint about this color.

I bought this jacket with the intention of being able to wear it at work (hospitals tend to be very cold places!) or in the winter, over possibly bulkier clothing. The fit of the jacket is great with the exception of the sleeves, which are a little long. The body of the jacket fits true to size. I am normally a medium and this jacket fits perfectly with just enough room to spare. I also like the length--it fits around mid-hip length, which is perfect for me. The jacket feels thin but is actually very warm and comfortable on. I would definitely recommend this and am interested in buying another. The black that I ordered is true to color as well--very jet black, not dark gray like sometimes happens with fleeced fabric jackets. The Northface never ceases to make excellent products. Shipping with Altrec was wonderful as well; I placed my order on a Tuesday night and received the jacket by Saturday afternoon.

we recently bought the pumori for my sister-in-law as a birthday gift. she loves my wife's denali jacket but wanted something slightly thinner for non-technical, flexible, everyday use. my wife and her sister are the same size (5'0", thin build), so we went to a local retailer to try several brands/models. we found the pumori to be the perfect balance of fit, warmth and features. quality, as with all north face products, is exceptional. altrec's service was superb, and sister-in-law has called several times to say how much she loves her new jacket. now i probably have to buy one for my wife, too!

I received my new North Face Pumori jacket yesterday. Love the blue-green color! It has a great fit and is very true to size. The only thing I am not sure about are these little white strips with snaps on them at the wrists. I am not sure what they do and they are rather unattractive. I may remove them, if I can do so without harming the jacket.

This jacket is super cozy and comfortable. The fit is relaxed, which I like a lot. There are some shaping seams in the back that keep it from looking boxy. It is definitely not made to keep the wind off of you, which was not a hindrance for me but may be for others. If you zip it into a soft wind shell it would be fine. I have worn it in 15 degree weather (no wind) and I felt fine. I am 5'2" and 158 lbs. with a muscular build and the large was good for me, as I like to be able to wear a jacket that is roomy without feeling like it's tight going over my other clothing. I recommend it to anyone who wants cozy warmth and doesn't care about wind protection.

This was one of the top things requested by my daughter for Christmas this year. She is 5'6" and weighs about 110 lbs. We bought her a size small. It looked great on her, it was cozy and it seemed to combat the chilly air just fine. It must be a really hot item because it has already been stolen. She loved it and we will be replacing it with the same thing. This time, I will look into accessorizing with the Lo-Jack zipper pull. ;)

This is my second North Face purchase, and I love it more than the first. It is soft, attractive, and warm. I wore it all day today outside in 37 degree, slightly windy, weather and was comfortable. The only thing I do not truly understand is the little snaps on the sleeves, they seem to serve no purpose, but are not annoying in the least. I am 5'7.5, 128 pounds and the small fits nicely. It is compliments by body nicely...not too tight, and not too baggy. I have an on going battle with sleeves, I seem to have freakishly long arms or something because almost all of my jackets hit above my wrists, however with this fleece they are the perfect length. I think they may be long on some though. All in all I would have to say this fleece jacket is worth every penny.

I purchased this for my teenage daughter and I like it so much I would like to have one for myself! It's the perfect in between jacket. Not too light and not too heavy. It does run big. My daughter would normally take a medium and I got her the small and it's perfect. She is 5'4" and 125 lbs. She loves it that the collar does not ride up around her face, it folds down nicely and stays down. She also loves that the sleeves have a small band so they don't hang down on her hands.

Shipping was ridiculously fast! I didn't expect it to arrive within 3 days of my purchase. I find that it's helpful when ppl leave reviews about the size fitting. I ordered an x-small and I'm 5'5 about 110 pounds. It fits perfectly. The sleeves are not too long either, they're just right. I'm normally a size small in everything else I wear but the x-small works in this style. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

Love the white color. The collar lays down flat away from your neck, if you want, which looks good with shirts. It is warm which I will need in the winter. Arm length is long so there is plenty of room to move. Seams add fit and style. XS fits size 2-4 well

I love the color (recycled blue). It runs a little big - I am generally between a M and L, and I got the L. It's a little too big. The material is thinner than I expected but still keeps me warm - its a great base layer under a parka.
