Description

Sometimes the difference between a perfect ski pole plant and a skittering slide is determined by the range of your mobility. That's why The North Face made their water-resistant STH Pants for women with four-way stretch fabric that moves easily without the bunching and binding encountered in other ski pants. The STH Pant features a durable three-ply TNF Apex ClimateBlock exterior that's highly water resistant and breathable. Keep in mind that this is a ski shell pant backed with fleece, but if you're headed up the mountain in blustery, sub-freezing conditions, you probably want to layer the STH with an expedition-weight fleece bottom. Unlike some women's ski pants that optimize fashion flair, the STH keeps it sensible with a combination of sensible classic styling and athletically-oriented features. This isn't a ski pant that you'll need to immediately replace to keep pace with the rest of the glove, jacket and pant ski fashion trends next year. The concealed adjustable tabs at the waist also allow you to adapt the fit to a range of layers, making the STH pant an ideal choice for women who ski more than 100 days each season.

This pants enables you to move freely without the restrictions brought about by very bulky and stiff material layers. Northface made this very good quality pants that would really serve it's purpose and that is to move well as you are in action. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Best mobility ever!

I love these ski pants because they totally move with you. Warm, form flattering but not tight, comfortable enough to either wear long underwear or not for a toasty day of skiing! Perfect length - I'm 5'6" and bought the large so they drape like slacks but never get baggy.

I am a large woman, ordered the size xl and am very pleased with the fit. the adjustable waist makes them easy to fit to yourself. they do run long, however. I am 5'5" and had to hem them for wearing in my flat boots to the mountain. They move with you and are not stiff like some pants. very pleased.

Finally a flattering ski pant

These ski pants are very nice, warm, and comfortable. I am a size 2, 5'6.5" and 120lbs. I ordered the Small. I could probably have worn the XS, but I doubt I would be able to fit anything underneath.
