I purchased this fleece for my 17 year old daughter in the Alpine Blue x-small. She is 5'3 120 lbs and the fit is great. I already own this fleece in three colors myself (I wear a small and I am 5'6 130lbs) and she was always wearing mine. This fleece is incredibly soft inside and out although it is made of a thinner material, it is very warm. It looks great with jeans or athletic pants and is a perfect layer under a winter jacket. This is a must have!

This fleece is lightweight, but very warm. It breathes well so I don't accumulate much sweat underneath it. It fits quite loosely and has a rather short length. I am tall and it ends just below my natural waist. After two washes, it is not as soft as it was new, but is still softer and has less pilling than any other fleece I have owned.

Love these!!! Have almost every color!!! Very comfortable and looks great! Would definitely recommend!!! The material is extremely soft and washes/dries with ease.

I'm 5'1, 125 lbs, size Small fits just right. Very soft and light. It washes perfectly. I did not put it in the dryer, but rather hung it to dry. Perfect! Just right for wearing around the house on chilly days, or layering up for outside activities. Will order more in other colors!

I absolutely love this fleece! Its very comfortable and light but it keeps you extremely warm. It is very true to whatever size you usually order and it forms to your body great; not too tight or too loose! I play tennis in this, and its light so I'm still able to run around in it. I definitely recommend this fleece to people who like to throw something on and feel warm and stylish at the same time!

I have to restrain myself from wearing this every day! It's so comfy and has a nice female cut - sort of fitted - not boxy. I've worn it in lieu of a lightweight jacket as well as under a vest (at a hockey rink) and was just fine. Love it! I'm going to drop some big hints that I want another one (or two...or three...) for Christmas!

Beautiful color nice and rich (Louie blue heather). Very warm but not bulky. I think it's a little too fitted in the waist for my comfort but I still love it.

This is my daughter-in-law's third 1/4 zip microfleece pullover. She has white, grey, and now this red color. It was a Christmas gift and she didn't even care what color I got it in. She loves the red color I picked. It was the same perfect fit as her two others.

I really like this top. I got the retro pink which is blindingly pink, but that's what I wanted. I like the length and the 1/4 zip. This top runs true to size and I ordered a medium because I wanted it oversized. Next time I will order a small which is what I normally wear in North Face. I am 5'5" and I am usually a size 4. Please make this top in some fun bright colors for next year.

Inconsistant sizing

This is my 3rd tka 100 purchase. The small was too small for me, but my daughters M which was too tight for her, fits me (an S) great. We ordered her a L and it was too large. Confused? Yeah, me too. It runs both to tight, in the case of my S and her M, or too large in the case of her L. We are both 5'2" I am 120 lbs, She is 132 lbs.

This is the best light-medium weight fleece ever! The cut is flattering and the colors are great! I usually wear a medium (5'6" and 140 lbs.), but I ordered up ti a large and it still fits great and I can layer underneath it! Very cozy and comfy! I have these in 3 colors!

North Face has a reputation for quality products and the TKA 100 1/4 Zip is no exception. It is light enough to be an ideal layering piece, but also snug and cozy enough to keep the chill away when indoors. Some fleeces can be a bit boxy, but this one is very flattering and fits cleanly across the shoulders and around the bust, tapering neatly at the waist. I am 5'7", 120 pounds, and a small is a perfect fit. Being long-waisted I often find that a small doesn't come down far enough, but this one does. The fabric is lustrous and soft and DOES NOT pill, flake or shed. North Face-- as well as Patagonia-- make the best quality outdoor wear for the price. I have pieces I've been happily wearing for years. This fleece will be one of them! Now, I just need to figure out which color I want to buy next....

This is the second NorthFace microvelour 1/4 zip fleece I've purchased. By far the softest fleece I own and so comfortable to wear on a cool day. It's a fitted fleece, so perfect to wear under a coat or jacket. I love it!!!

Got it for my wife. Large size is a perfect fit for 5' 4", 150 lbs. Jacket almost covers the butt. It is slightly longer in the back than in the front. Sleeve is a little on the long side. It is slightly flared from the waist which my wife loves. It is ultra soft, thin and can be work over a top or by itself. My wife says it feels great. She can't take it off and I am buying her a few more. Suitable for cool weather or for wearing indoors. For really cold weather, this can be worn as an inner layer.

This pullover is perfect weight and shape for in-between weather. It fits loose enough for a t-shirt or base layer underneath but not too big and boxy. The fleece is super soft and I like that in comes in tons of good colors.

I have mainly medium-heavy weight fleeces. This is a very nice weight, easy to move around in, and can be worn as a base layer or over a t-shirt. I do find the fit very much on the roomy side but I am a petite woman, size 4 (34 bust, 26 waist, low body fat). I bought the X-small hoping for a next-to-skin fit but find I still have room for 1-2 layers underneath. It all depends on what you are looking for. Also, the bottom flares out a little and is long enough to appear designed more to be a light outer layer or mid layer rather than a base layer. For that I will turn next to Arcteryx, for 10x the price and not much higher quality workmanship, but superb fit for smaller athletic builds.

This is the second NorthFace microvelour 1/4 zip fleece I've purchased. By far the softest fleece I own and so comfortable to wear on a cool day. It's a fitted fleece, so perfect to wear under a coat or jacket. I love it!!!

Love this Northface fleece top. It is very warm and very soft. The quality is excellent and what you would expect from Northface. Altrec was excellent and shipped this product right away. I think it ran a little small and would suggest ordering a size up than normal......love this top!!

I have a collection of North Face fleeces from previous years, and love them. I have a couple TKA 100's and a bigger, furrier one with a kangaroo pouch. This year's Polartec TKA 100 (this product) is my FAVORITE so far, though. It's buttery soft, and warm enough that I don't have to fiddle with the heater, yet not so warm that I'm uncomfortable indoors. Added bonus: I'm six months pregnant, and while my other TKA 100's are straining over my belly, this one still fits comfortably in my normal size. It seems to have a little extra room through the middle instead of being tightly tapered, and is a little longer. Bottom line: LOVE this fleece, may need to buy more colors!

Overall great pull over. It's great to wear outdoors in ~40-50degree weather. But it's even greater because you can wear it indoors and not be too hot. It's very soft. One complaint is that it flares out at the bottom a little bit.

This is a great mid layer for cold weather sports. It is light weight and wicks moisture away from your body very quickly. I am about 5'3" and a medium was perfect for me. I have worn it several times already and ordered more colors right away!

This is the first Northface I have bought and I love it. The fit is perfect, not tight and very forgiving. The material is very soft and comfortable. The fabric is of high quality. I will definitely purchase more of these in different colors.

Runs small. Im 5'8'' and 155#, feels too short in arms, and overall length..when you look at sizing of garmet, does not corelate. Great price though, size up.

I purchased the this fleece in the baby blue color and it is so pretty! Also the fleece is so soft and comfortable. The sizing is a little strange on me: It fits perfectly around the shoulder area, but runs a little bid around the hip area. Great fleece overall!

Fits well and flatters with nice curved seams in the front. I am 5'4" and typically wear a size 8, kind of busty so I got a medium. It's a bit long in the sleeve but fits great in the chest and is long enough to cover to my pants belt. Excellent sale price. Washes well.

The cut on this polar tech was very flattering and comfortable. Great color, too! It is warm and soft--I am guessing that it will last a while. I would prefer that the v-neck zipper be a bit longer.

The Women's TKA 100 Microvelour Glacier 1/4 Zip is thin but very warm, the fit is perfect, I ordered XS ( I am 1.62m / 47 Kg) it is snug and not bulky as other north face fleece i had. It can be used as layer o alone for cooler summer days, I´m sure I will be using it a lot and will be ordering more colors soon:)

Very warm and cute. The perfect layering item. I am 5'5" and 115 pounds. I like my sweaters to be tight fitting so I bought an extra small. I consider the sizing perfect. The white is very clean and fresh looking. Everyone was trying to hug me at school because the material is so soft and smooth.

I love this fleece pullover from The North Face. I am petite, 5' 3'' 105 lbs, I have a hard time finding outdoor clothing that is not boxy. I usually wear a thin tee or tank under and it fits really good. It is a great weight, and super soft. It is perfect for any occasion. I wear it when we go skiing and with jeans on a cool day. This jacket is definitely worth the purchase. It's fit tighter like a running jacket, so if you are wanting it a little loose, I would buy a size up. I am normally a small, but I bought a medium and it's a great fit. It's the perfect thickness for those cool to chilly days and isn't too thick to wear around the house. I can wear it all day and never take it off if I don't want to. I would definitely recommend buying this jacket. It's affordable, absolutely comfortable, and the perfect thickness for me. If you are looking for something really warm, this is not the jacket for you. This jacket, however, is not bulky at all, so it could easily be layered with another jacket over it.
