Too short!

While I found these pants very soft and comfy, they were too short and I had to send them back. Just beware of the length if you order. I am a size 8-10 in pants, so I ordered the medium (normal size) and they fit great everywhere except they were too short, which made them hang strangely.

I wanted to love these pants, as the reviews i read about them were great. These pants fit great and look great on also, however, the only thing that bothers me about them is the fact that the rear pocket zipper casing scratches my backside when I walk. As they are so comfortable in every other way- I am debating about sticking a piece of duct tape on the inside to make them wearable-- will most likely just return them though.

These pants are so light, and warm, and stretchy, they are perfect for winter wear: hiking and even casual dress for work, too. They do NOT block wind however; so I just ordered the Mountain Hardware Daphnia pants for an outer layer on windy/wet days. They too have some stretch, I hope I love them too. The customer service rep was a great help in recommending the outer layer pants for me.

i wear these pants almost everyday. i have a black pair and a gray pair and i have even given some as christmas or birthday presents. i love them. they keep me warm in both alaska and minnesota and they are extremely comfortable. the pocket is also great as i use these pants to do everything from sleeping to running errands (cause they are not patterned and just look like black fleece pants) and the pocket hold my cell and some cash. i have had them for over a 2 years now and i never tire of them and they never seem worn out. love.

These pants are absolutely loved by my wife. The only thing is that they run quite long. She is 5'2" and the smalls are about an inch and a half too long.

These pants are so comfy and are great for winter days! They run a little big, but it is great to be able to buy a pair of fleece pants in short. Being 5'1" it is very difficult to find pants like this that do not have to be altered.

These pants are very comfortable and soft on the skin. They fit true to size, I bought the XL short. The length is great if your in the 5'- 5'3 range, I am 5'2. These go great with the micro velour fleece pullover I purchased, I will purchase another in a different color.

I bought these just to wear around the house but they are so comfortable and fit so well that I am wearing them everywhere. I had a hard time finding fleece pants that were the right size and quality but these were great.

These are a lightweight microfleece that dries quickly and pack light - I pack them as both evening-wind-down pants AND a pair of extra "casual" pants in a pinch! The fleece is actually so tight they have kind of a brushed velour look that would be acceptable at a casual dinner - not at all a sloppy lounge pant. Would work for yoga too but they aren't THAT stretchy...which is good since they hold their shape. Secret pocket! I'm 5'5, 125lbs and went for M - perfect!

Just had surgery and found these not only warm and fuzzy but easy to take off and put on. Sent my Size M pair back and got a Size S because the mediums kept stretching and getting too big and loose.

I purchased these pants for a recent ski trip..I wanted something to sleep in that was warm and appropriate for the occasion, these pants were perfect! I would def recommend them...I am normally a size 2, 120 lbs and 5ft 6in....I usually always purchase a small as opposed to xs because my legs are long, I think these are very roomy for a small.

These are great pants to lounge around the house in or even go to the supermarket on the weekends! They are so comfy, but definitely run large. I ordered a size bigger but decided to keep them because they are so comfortable and I didn't want to take them off!

These are nearly as comfortable as the NF half dome pants. Love the fit and feel! These are true to size. A winter must have. These are great to lounge around in or to wear outside. I highly recommend purchasing a pair or two. They will keep you warm on winter walks.

As other reviewers reported, these microvelour pants are great! At 5'7" and 134#, the Medium fits fine except the legs are a bit loose on my skinny legs! Would order them in another color if available.

These are great pants. I bought a pair last year and loved them. This years model is softer, longer, and a little larger than last year's, but I can make them work. I am 5'5, 120 lbs. I usually wear a 4 and these pants (size small) are roomy; I'm afraid the xs might be a too small. Super comfortable, snuggly pants, but still look good enough to wear everywhere even if they feel like pajamas!

I love these pants. Finally a light-weight, but warm insulating pant. Wore them backpacking, but not on the slopes yet. Great for warming up and lounging too. I got the black in Medium, I'm 5'7 and 145 lbs and they fit great. Supersoft and super-fly!

I purchased a pair of the TKA100 pants two years ago from a local department store. I tried to get other colors, but they fit differently than they gray pair. These pants became my favorite camping - hiking pants until now. The new TKA100's that I just received are made of a thicker microvelour material than the previous version. They are warmer than my older pair but fit just as great. They are comfortable and not snug. I am a women's size 8 with a shape so medium worked well for me. I bought gray and burgundy. I was happy that they both fit the same this time. The price, as with any North Face product, is a little steep. However, after receiving the pants, I was well pleased with the money I spent.

I have these pants from about 6 years ago in black. Husband was sick of seeing me in them and suggested I order more. Absolutely love them after doing activities and a hot shower. I wear a 10-12 pants and ordered the pants in a large (prefer them oversized for comfort). Could have worn a medium to have them fit better. I am 5'7 and the length was on the longer side which is much appreciated.

Flattering fit. A bit wide legged for 2nd layer under ski pants, but still doable. Generously sized ... normally wear a size 0 or XS and these XS were still a bit large. Overall great pant.

Like butter but better! Oh so comfy and don't look bulky. I'm 5' 2" and the waist and hips of the small are perfect. The legs are about 4-5" too long, though. Instant favorite pants!

Best fleece pants I've ever owned!

I now own three pairs of these pants in different colors. I love the super soft fleece, and the fit is flattering on my narrow hips and rear. They retain their shape in the rear even after a couple days' wear. I am 5'5, 105 lbs. and the size XS fits perfectly. Often I have trouble with XS pants having too short of an inseam, but these pants are cut a little longer than most and the length is perfect for me.

I love these fleece pants, I have several pair and wear nearly daily to walk my dogs at the beach/in the woods and while running errands. the only problem is after several washings the fleece gets really thin out, then they are lounge pants for home.

These pants are great. Very soft but warm. Only problem was I ordered large and should have gone with medium - oh well, no biggie. But I will still add them to my growing list of favorite pants in my wardrobe. Oh, by the way, I got them on Altrec when they were on sale! I do recommend for walking and running and anything else. On colder days you can layer them with thermals.

I bought a pair of these last winter in the chocolate and just bought two more pair in different colors so my family doesn't have to look at the same pair over and over---they are just perfect and launder beautifully. I was so happy to see that they didn't change the styling because it is just a perfect fit and shape. You could even sleep in them on a super cold night. These pants are flattering, which is kind of hard to find in fleece.

I happen to love these pants. I've been wearing them quite a bit as they are comfortable and cozy. Not only do I wear them outside when its cold, but I often wear them to workout in the gym, and I never get overheated. Great breathable fabric. Nice zippered back pocket holds my iPod. I can't speak for the durability yet, but I've been washing them by hand and hanging to dry, and they washed up very well.

These pants are the most comfortable fleece pants I own!!! I even bought them in gray and brown! I use them for running as well as everyday pants. I've run in 11 degree weather and my legs were still toasty warm! They do run a little big in my opinion. I'm almost 6 foot and 132 pounds and they are very long on me. You won't regret this purchase!!!

Great for walking outdoors or reading by the fire. These are very comfortable. As noted by another reviewer, the legs are a bit too long (I'm 5'5'), but still worth it.

If you are looking for a pair (or two) of fleece pants to lounge around in or wear outside in the fall and winter while exercising, I highly recommend purchasing these! I purchased my first pair 2 years ago and fell in love with them. They are incredibly comfortable!!!! I have washed and dried them several times and they still look the same as they did when I first purchased them. They also keep me very warm during long walks outdoors in the late fall and winter. They do run a bit big, so I would suggest going down a size.

I own 2 pairs in the black and needed a pair in gray. These are less casual than regular sweats. Really comfy. I am 5'5 and weigh around 130 lbs. The first pair I bought was a medium and they were a little big and several inches too long. The smalls fit me perfectly. Great pants.

I was not sure what to expect but these pants are great! I'm 5'11" and about 175lbs. and these pants are long enough!! I purchased a Large; Regular inseam. They are super soft and fit great. Very warm. I actually wore them to work. I'm a teacher and the boiler has been out alot - hence Very cold in my room. These pants were great and I felt very warm and comfortable all day. I would very much recommend these pants. The only draw back is that I wish there was elastic in the waist besides the drawstring but that's it. I'm very impressed and satisfied as I am not usually an "online shopper". I don't know how well they wear but so far they seem great!

I bought these for a snow trek up in the Himalays. Mostly to be used at camp at night. I have yet to go on the trek so will review the actual performance post. But the quality is excellent. Extremely soft and very comfortable. I am 163 cm and about 122lb. and the Medium fit me perfectly. The waist band is so comfortable it feels very light on the waist. Cannot wait to try them but I think they will be perfect!

I love these pants! They are so comfortable, soft and warm and the fit is absolutely perfect. I'm fairly small at 5'4" and 105 lbs and it is very hard to find pants to fit. I have every color I could find in the XS and would get the Bacio Brown if I could find them. I haven't bought any of the new TKA microvelour yet because I don't like the color selection (other than colors I already own in the TKA 100 pant), but I tried them on and the fit seems to be the same. I say get either pant and you will be extremely happy!

I bought these for a backpacking trip, and though I have yet to take my trip, I have been wearing these pants non-stop. They are extremely comfy and soft! They seem to wear well, and I haven't had any of the pilling issues you can get with fleece. They do run large. I typically wear a medium - I'm 5'6", 135lbs and have long legs - but after reading reviews here I decided to go with small and I'm glad I did - they fit perfectly. This is a purchase you won't regret!

I purchased these pants and they are extremely warm and soft. The fit seemed a little bit bigger. I purchased a small and I am 128 pounds and 5 foot 8 inches and they were a little big, I probably should have ordered a xs. Overall the pants are a great purchase.

My new favorite pants! They are super soft and warm. They ran a tad on the large size for me (maybe it's the cut). I usually wear a small, but had to get an xsmall in these. I am 5'4" 120 lbs and the xsmall petites fit perfect. Get a pair!!

I like these pants, although they do run a little big. They are extremely comfortable and the waistband is not tight. I do wish they were a little longer as I am tall and have long legs so the jordina fleesce pants work better for me in the length.

When I opened the package, I knew I would never take these pants off. And I didn't. I am 5'5'', 150 lbs, (size 6) and the medium fits quite largely, but that is a good thing in a a pair of sweats in my book. However, I wore them on a 4 backpacking trip after which, the integrity of the pants seemed to be compromised. I am sure they are mostly meant for lounging around the house, but I was still pretty disappointed. They are still very warm, but they seem to have felted, and after less than ten washings, they are hardly soft at all anymore.

I am wearing these pants right now (A.M.) warm & comfy no need to turn on the oil burner yet! I am 5' 2" length fits fine. bought large reg. length, they do run a little large otherwise. Looking foward to wearing these to work in winter as I work outdoors. I have worn other fleece pants before these don't seem to pick up fuzz etc. like others do.

LOVE these pants! I've wanted a pair since last year and finally decided to make a move on finding a pair. Located them here on Altrec at a FABULOUS price. When I got them I immediately tried them on- great fit, true to size, and they were even long enough! Which is amazing since I'm 5'11"! We've not had many cold days since I got the pants but if I've had to go to the store late at night for something I've slipped the pants on and they are very cozy and warm. Washed them a couple of times as well and no pilling- which is very nice. These pants are flattering, despite being a casual pant. Definitely recommend everyone have a pair!
