The size small weighs less than a pound and offers the insulating power of a 5.7 R-Value. Packing into a small stuff sack about the size of a water bottle, the XTherm saves you a ton of pack space. It's a four-season mattress, made in the USA with durable and low bulk materials and four layers of reflective material that reflect body heat and create air pockets that reduce heat loss. And since it's not self-inflating, the included stuff sack doubles as a pump bag to save you from feeling lightheaded.

Super comfy and packs light

I was surprised at how well such a thin material held up on backpacking trips on various surfaces, and how well I slept. Normally I used a 3/4 pad and bundled clothes for a pillow. Love the full length without adding weight to the pack.

Lightweight but noisy!

I bought the Neoair Xtherm because of its light weight and high warmth. Sounded good on paper, but it was so noisy to sleep on, I returned it. If you don't mind the noise, it's a super pad.
