great boots
this is my 1st pair of Timberland boots. I bought it as I started to enjoy motorbiking trips, mostly into mountains and the likes. I'm very happy with the fit, the build quality and the small but thoughtful details in the design such as the speed-lacing system, or the curved rigid ends of the lace (to facilitate quicker lacing). The sole cushion and support feels great. I really hope it will last me for a long time.

Great Boots!!
Very comfortable boots. Great durability. I wear boots for 8hrs a day, and these feel like sneakers. Great price and free shipping, cant beat it. Cant go wrong with Timberland Pros!!

Great boot by Timberland
I stumbled on the Timberland Pro 6" Soft Toe Pit Boss boot four years ago and have loved this boot ever since. I have some frequent pain in my forefoot, it is just a fact of getting older. I cannot walk barefoot for long periods. It is hard for me to find a shoe or sandal with the right amount of cushioning for my feet. However when I wear these Timberland boots the pain is hardly noticeable and sometimes I don't feel any pain. I don't know what type of cushioning Timberland uses in these boots but it is superb. Even when the tread is worn down after one and a half years or more they are still comfortable. It is a great boot.

PIT BOSS
I'm an Electrician, and we do commercial and industrial work, so job site vary every job that we do. With my Timberland Pit Boss I don't have to work what the job site looks like, it is presentable enough to work around schools, hospital and office bldgs, at the same time tough enough to be in the trenches if needed. I highly recommend these boots for construction workers.

excellent boots
I bought these boots for their comfort and ruggedness. I walk on asphalt and concrete most of the day. These boots have proven themselves in the brush and dirt. The lining is comfortable to my feet and they do breath well.

Excellent Product
I have worn workboots for most of my life, and during the summer months they usually last about 3-5 months. The timberland pit boss boots that I purchased have lasted a full year and are still in great shape. I like the boots so much that I purchased another pair, one for work and one for casual wear during the winter. Excellent product!

A really good pair of boots.
These boots are made really well and seem like they will last a long time. The heel feels like it's in a strange v-shape. I had to put in some gel inserts. I had to return the size 11 (that I normally wear) and get a size 12. I don't much care for the skinny laces they come with and had to swap those out.

I have worn Timberland Pit Boss's since I was 16 now at 28 they are the ONLY things I will put on my feet. I was even wore them at my wedding!

This boot has good support and is pretty comfortable. I've been using it on concrete and my feet don't bother me like the boots I used before these. Even though they are not insulated my feet do tend to perspire a bit. I am concerned that, over time, the 4th shoestring eye hole (which sets back from the others) will begin to shred the laces early. Time will tell. Altrec's price was the best around and they got here right when they stated.

AWESOME BOOTS

I love these boots...
They fit great, look great, and they are light and comfortable. The work equally well as hiking boots or everyday casual shoes. Altrec had the best prices I could find anywhere, and they arrived on-time. Strongly recommended.

Very comfortable, long lasting, great support
The Pit Boss is one of the most comfortable work boots I have ever owned. The shape of the sole assists you when walking and reduces the shock of every step. The quality of the boot is top notch and the sock liner keeps the odors away. I will be buying this boot every couple of years (yes they last that long) as replacements are needed.

Great fit and incredible price.
Since receiving them, I have really enjoyed these boots. I ordered the tan (suede) ones and would highly recommend them. They are great work boots and a good option for the winter.

Okay i guess
The boots fit great, but for some reason one of mine has a very uncomfortable heel. They are broken in, but for some reason it is causing a blister. Also, a tip for other buyers, DO NOT use Sno-Seal water proofer on these boots.

Great boot...
i bought these boots to wear at work and to wear around the house. They have been great to keep your feet dry in the snow. I really like them so far. They keep your feet warm as well. Altrec had the best price. no problem with shipping either.

comfortable, heavy leather. Use leather protector before wearing though. Also for me these boots ran a bit bigger than my average shoe size

Great Boots
I am in these boots 10 to 12 hours a day, up and down ladders, on concrete and, catwalks.I had worn Red Wing boots for over 15 years with no complaints. I saw these boots and decided to give them a try. These boots are great and I am going on my third pair. I have been wearing them for about five years now and like better than the Red Wings. I told some of the guys at work about them and three of them purchased these boots also.

Great Boots
These boots are the best work boots that I've owned. I work in a factory and am on my feet for eight to ten hours a day without any pain or discomfort. My only negative comment is that I have owned the steel toe version of this boot and they are too heavy. The soft toe boots are much lighter. I would, and plan on buying them again.
