Timberland Pro Men's Powerwelt Waterproof 6 Inch Soft Toe Workboot

Introduced for the professional tradesman in 1999, the Timberland Men's Powerwelt Waterproof 6 Inch Soft Toe Workboot now incoporates smart textiles-materials that absorb, store and release heat while the material changes from solid to liquid and back to solid-the same technology used by astronauts and researchers in Antarctica! These work boots are made with structured waterproof, abrasion-resistant premium full-grain Ever-Guard leather uppers. They have a waterproof membrane that keeps the moisture out! The Goodyear Welt Cast-Bond technology used to attach the soles to the uppers is a durable, chemical bond that helps to enhance torsional stability. These boots are comfort-engineered and have a tongue with a center-loaded foam package that cushions the middle of the tongue to relieve pressure from the laces across the top of your foot. The anatomically contoured insole with integral steel shank is there for support. The durable anti-microbial contoured open-cell polyurethane footbed provides cushioning while the molded heel cup cradles the heel like a baby. The Outlast Adaptive Comfort footbed cover regulates the foot temperature, as the underlying aluminized polyester membrane material reflects heat back to the foot. Certified by the Space foundation as being 'certified space technology.' Try them and see if your feet are not more comfortable than with your old boots.
