Love these for 12 hr shifts!

If you are a nurse in a high acuity ICU, and are on your feet for hours on end, these are the shoes you'll need. Danskos are overrated in comparison. They are too stiff, and have lent me a few sprained ankles, as well as a mild neuropathy on my right great toe (again from the stiffness of the leather. They also tend to squeak. These in comparison, are quiet to tread on.

This is absolutely the best shoe I have ever owned. I was suffering from a lot of back pain, particularly after being on my feet as a nurse. Some of my coworkers recommended another shoe but the fit wasn't right as it doesn't come in half sizes. I tried on several different shoe brands. Upon trying on the Timberland Pro Renova, I knew this was the shoe for me. I particularly like the oblique toe shape that allows for lots of room in the toe area. My back and neck pain are gone. So is my chronic knee pain. I don't think I'll wear another shoe. I now want to order every color available. Be careful as Timberland Pro carries other models that don't allow for the toe expansion. The Renova is the shoe for people who want the ultimate in comfort.

I bought these shoes for nursing and they are wonderful! they are the best shoes I have ever worn. I highly recommed these to anyone who is on their feet all day! I always had pain in my feet and lower back from my shoes and after wearing these for only a week, I feel like I have new feet! Wonderful product!
