Timberland 6 in. Premium Waterproof Boots - Men's

This is the classic timberland boot that everyone knows so I'll describe the new leather finish that timberland started using a year ago. I purchased the regular scuff-proof black leather version of the Classic Premium. The Scuffproof comes in regular and a grooved, black and the classic yellow. The grooved has a linear texture while the regular is a matte medium grained sandpaper feel. The finish looks ultra durable and is supposed to resist abrasion and staining. So far so good. Given the rough feel I thought it would have come very dull and "pre-scuffed" to be scuffproof, but that's not the case. The finish is actually very fine and almost has a slight sheen. This leather finish is a great idea and a good spin on the classic timberland. Other: the boot is very comfortable and runs a solid half size larger than what you would typically wear. I usually where an 11.5 dress and 12 sneaker but the 11 tim boot was perfect with a light boot sock for me. it has a padded ankle collar and a footbed insert. Highly recommended.

Love the boots! Great Price for a really great boot (Third Pair of Timberland Boots). Be Careful of the sizing, these run pretty big. Usually wear between 12 & 12.5 in most shoes/boots so I ordered the 12 in the Timberland. Had to return them and order another pair of size 11...which was a perfect fit. Price was unbeatable, even after return shipping.

Excellent boot w/new Scruff Proof finish

Timberland's have been my go to boot for years now, but this is my first time trying the new Scuff Proof (slightly textured) finish. It lives up to its name, keeps looking great even after a good amount of wear.

6" Premium Boot

I have always been sceptical of these boots, as they seemed to be more of a fashion statement. However, my son has now been wearing them non-stop in some of the worst weather in years, and they have been great in every respect. They have been warm and comfortable for him. Regarding sizing, they seem to run a little big, as he normally wears an 11 1/2, and the 11 fit him perfectly.

I was slightly disappointed that they don't have a steel toe but these are great boots. They are well made and hold up great. People who have a more narrow foot may find these a little loose fitting. These boots only took me about a week to break in and now I wear them all the time. All around a good boot and a good purchase for me.

I'm really happy with these boots. They look great, and are very comfortable. The color of the boot exactly matches the image on this site. Coolest looking 6in boot out there. This is a great looking boot, perfect for fall weather and fall casual apparel. With a thick wool sock (this boot is not insulated), this will do fine this winter too.
