Unlike a lot of other light hiking boots or outdoor shoes that feature a nylon shank, the Men's Timberland Euro Hiker Leather and Fabric Hiking Boot has a traditional steel shank for excellent arch support. This sort of upgrade adds a little more weight and cost to the boot design. Other refinements include a removable cushioned footbed--you can replace it with your own custom footbeds--and a dual-density EVA midsole for excellent shock absorption. Timberland applied corrosion-resistant hardwear and a highly durable rubber outsole so you can expect exceptional longevity from your Men's Timberland Euro Hiker Leather and Fabric Hiking Boot.

I have had them for more than a month now, they are not very comfortable shoes, need extra insole, otherwise the quality is very good,slightly bigger than size but not too much. Good for winter. For this price this is the best shoe. services from altrec excellent, price was best available any where.

Great Casual Boot

Every pair of Timberlands I've ever owned have lasted forever due to the high quality stitching and material. These boots are no different and although I just got them, they'll surely last a long time. They're heavy duty enough for the winter in Upstate NY, but still "fashionable" enough for going out. The leather is good quality and they're comfortable even for the first time you wear them, much like other timberlands.

Working as a Paramedic for a major municipal service I wear boots between 8-16 hour workdays. These have been the most comfortable boots I've worn in years. So comfortable that I keep them on when I commute home. And Altrec- the right price and reliable delivery.

This will make my 6th pair. I have tried other, more expensive boots..but my feet keep on coming back to the EuroHikers. I am an operations mgr on concrete all 12-15 hours a day..believe me..the right footwear can be the difference of a good or bad day.

Have only had these for a week but they feel great. Still a little stiff but that's to be expected -- they feel better every wearing. Did a day of outdoor work after some rain and feet were dry, warm and comfortable.
