Great price for a nessecary product on a Timbuk2 bag. It relieves a lot of the stress from the strap digging into the shoulder. This is a better place to purchase than the website where you can create a custom bag. November 16, 2011
High quality and great price I bought 2 of these to convert a flimsy backpack to a comfortable day pack. I travel worldwide with high school students and have to carry a ton of paperwork and forms. Good product, but slips. The pad is pretty nice. One complaint is that the ballistic nylon allows the pad to slide while I'm riding. Next time I'll go with the non-slip material. October 23, 2007
