Timbuk2 Slim Sleeve for iPad review

I purchased this sleeve along with a Timbuk2 Candybar backpack and recently took them on a week-long vaction to Maui. The sleeve provides excellent protection for the iPad. I haven't dropped it yet, but I can easily imagine that a drop from shoulder height wouldn't be a problem. The Candybar backpack has a zippered compartment into which the sleeve (or a laptop) slides. It's great protection from the elements and very convenient. The only negative I can think of is that having the iPad (or a laptop) flat against your back like that could get very sweaty in hot weather, although I wore it on several 80F days and it didn't distract me from what I was doing. Since I've only had these for a couple of weeks, I cannot say much about durability. But the quality is evident and I think they'll hold up well.
