This shoes are running a bit bigger. I will recommend to get 1/2" smaller. Other than that these are great shoes for long hiking. They are not slippery on wet or steep surface. I was afraid to put on new shoes on my long 17 mile hike, but they work extremely well. No blisters whatsoever. The so?? is not as cushiony as the regular running shoes, but it did not make the experience less comfortable. I was a 100% satisfied that I purchased them. They also breath well.Pros: light, breathable, ergonomically fitted, great for long hiking, great on rocks, quickly fires, Cons: run 1/2" size larger

Great lightweight trail shoe. Don't let the weight of the shoe fool you! They have a nylon shank plus a TPU plate that together shield your feet from feeling rocks and stones along the trail. My consumer feedback to TreKsta to improve the next model? Include both the slightly "beefier" heel and the traction lugs of the Evolution II, and you have an even better all-around lightweight trail shoe.

What I Wanted

Comfortable to have on, at least for me. Looked for shoe that would allow me to walk safely on gravel and did not want a heavy topside shoe. I'm older but walk nearly everyday to get my joints in motion. Not a runner, so this did the trick.
