Men's Base 2.0 Crew

I love it.Keep me warm and toasty on the chilled days.

Works great
November 16, 2009

It's pretty true to fit. I have a 43" chest and got the large. I use it under my bike jersey for cold weather riding. It kept me pretty warm (with a jersey over it) down to 40 deg F when night biking. I have long arms and it just covers down to my wrist when hunched into my riding position.

This gear was purchased for an avid hunter headed to MT for the first time expecting variable weather. The underarmour adjusted beautifully.

Under Armour Base Layer 2.0 Crew
December 27, 2010

I got this long-sleeved crew base layer for my husband who is always cold in the winter. The fit was perfect for his 6 foot 170 lbs frame, and he says that it is an excellent insulating layer for inside in the sometimes chilly rooms and for outside in the cold under his winter coat. Good quality, is washing well.

Nice Fit!
October 27, 2011

This baselayer is fairly light for the warmth that it provides. Large fit me well, with a relaxed fit(I am 5-11 210lbs). The shirt is long in the torso which I like because I don't have to worry about it becoming untucked while bending over. The interior grid pattern reduces bulk and does a good job of trapping body heat. It has very good anti-stink properties for a synthetic baselayer. I used it last winter while shoveling snow under a medium weight softshell and stayed comfortable into the mid teens while working. It wicks well but the relaxed fit hampers some wicking ability because the shirt is not constantly in contact with the entire upper body. I found the interior to be very soft and comfortable. Perfect if you don't like really tight baselayers.

Pros: Performance, Ease of use, anti-stink

Great base layer
January 10, 2010

Fits a bit larger than the 1/4 zip model. But keep me warm in the same way, especially during these days when the temperatures under 40 degree. Great product.

Great for Skiing
December 21, 2011

This is a very good base layer for most days. Fits very comfortably and moves with you. I did get a little chill when I was riding the lift (about 10-15 °F) but once I started moving again I was fine. I may add another layer on for colder days or look into the UA ColdGear 4.0.

Great warm base layer
May 21, 2013

Title says it all. I have even worn just this running in 40F weather and have been comfortable. It is a great base layer for colder weather, as the outside face of the fabric is quite smooth and doesn't catch on the outer layers. The inside has a nice waffle fleece like pattern, which is really comfy. I am 6' 165 lbs (kinda lanky) with pretty broad shoulders, and the medium fits well. The fit is pretty snug, so if you want it a bit looser choose a size up.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Cons: Cost

Extremely warm
January 04, 2010

My husband absolutely loved his Under Armour top! He had a different brand before but it does not compare to how soft to the touch this one is and extremely comfortable. And it looks like it will last a long time! Shipping was fast from altrec.com! Thanks!

Love it
December 14, 2009

I haven't had a chance to wear it in extreme cold yet but it works well at moderately cold temps. I am very happy with the purchase and am planning on buying more Under Armour products.
