Great Thermal
December 11, 2011

These Base map thermals are great because they are thicker in the body and think on the arms. When your out in the cold and doing activities the thinner arms aren't restrictive and keep you from getting hot.

Cons: Cost

Great base layer
December 07, 2011

Warm and for the most part very comfy. I did find the red stitching on the arms to be a little scratchy at first, but after a while didn't notice it much any more. At least on the one I got, the UA logo in front is dark gray, and not red like in the picture, but I think I like the gray better. Overall, it's a good looking base layer that I wouldn't mind wearing on its own.

Best UA base layer yet
November 06, 2011

This is the only baselayer top I wear under my ski jacket and all you will need. On it's own it is plenty warm as well, I've wore it solo on a 15 degree day and if you are moving around it's just right. Also the "Base Map" technology is pretty cool, I've owned all UA levels from 1.0 - 3.0 and the mixture of warmth level based on where it is on your body is genius. See the pictures I listed for a closeup of what I am talking about. By far the the best Under Armour base layer top or botom I've owned, I highly recommend you purchase one.

little too toasty
November 08, 2010

I love the UA 1.0 gear so I thought this would be great for slightly cooler days, which it is but it's a bit too warm active duty in Western Oregon. I'd prefer it for cooler climates or lower activity levels. It fits close to the body but isn't a compression type fit. Overall quality is what you expect from UA, just pick the right warmth level for your intended activity or climate.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance

Good product
April 23, 2010

The product was pretty good. Soft for the skin and lightweight for the body.
