Made from lightweight polyester fabric, this long underwear top has 4-way stretch to help it retain its body-hugging shape. Its Fitted profile is close-fitting but doesn't have the same super tight feel as their Compression pieces. The tiny air pockets in the negative grid fleece trap heat next to your skin for warmth, while the synthetic fabric wicks moisture and dries out fast. Raglan shoulder seams are comfy under pack straps, and flatlock seams lie flat against your skin to eliminate chafing. Fits true to size. The thumb holes make this my favorite base layer for skiing. Not as heavy or warm as the 3.0, or 4.0, so another layer is often needed in cold conditions.
